Hotel just right to the main station, 5 mins walk away. love that there was a luggage room so no need to worry if you arrived early. however there was a hiccup during our stay. where my friend forgot her small pillow at the hotel and when we emailed to ask there were no answer untill few days later with nothing was found in the room, couple of days later they found the pillow and send to us with charge, at least it was found. thanks to housekeeping and the management team.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Oslo, and I’d rate it a solid 4/5. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, especially the donation culture, offering both comfort and style. The hotel’s central location was perfect for exploring Oslo’s attractions, with many key sites eg opera house, main street and oslo central station, within walking distance. What truly stood out was the attention to detail—The ambiance was modern yet cozy, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Oslo; it’s a true gem in the heart of the city.

The hotel is located in the city center, you can walk everywhere, and the bus is also very convenient. Don't take a taxi, the taxi price is the most expensive in the world. The hotel is similar to a fast hotel, and many airline staff also stay in this hotel.

The location was absolutely fantastic, being located right across Oslo Central Station. This made it really convenient bringing our heavy luggage to the room and there was also no stairs involved. The room had all the basic necessities, but I was sorely missing room slippers to keep your feet warm in the cold. While there was a coffee machine, there was no kettle provided, if you want to make a cup of tea instead. However, the one thing that truly sets this hotel apart is the breakfast, which is stellar compared to other hotel breakfasts you might get in Europe.

Smart hotel is comfy and very eco friendly. Located central in the city it is convenient and near a range of attractions and restaurants.

I had the pleasure of staying at Comfort Hotel Xpress Youngstorget on the night of July 28th, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by Mr. Ponters during his shift from 10pm to 2am. During my stay, I encountered a significant challenge as my luggage had been delayed for two days with no updates from the airline company. In this moment of distress, Mr. Ponters went above and beyond to assist us. Not only did he generously offer the hotel telephone for us to contact the airline company, but he also displayed genuine concern by consistently checking in on us to ensure we were coping well with the situation. Furthermore, Mr. Ponters did not stop there. Understanding our predicament, he took the initiative to recommend nearby stores where we could purchase essential items such as toothpaste and slippers. His thoughtful suggestions made our temporary inconvenience much more bearable. Mr. Ponters' kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to provide assistance in a time of need truly set him apart. His exceptional customer service skills and genuine empathy exemplify the epitome of hospitality. It is without a doubt that Mr. Ponters deserves to be commended for his outstanding performance. His dedication to ensuring the comfort and well-being of guests is truly commendable. In my opinion, his exceptional service merits recognition, and I strongly believe that he deserves a raise for his exemplary efforts. Location is 14 min walk from Oslo Central Station. The hotel seem abit old and the bathtub is clogged when bathing during my first night, feedback to the counter lady and it is repaired on the same day. Breakfast spread is nice and enjoy it everyday. FYI there is no aircon during my period of stay (30 oct to 4 nov) so we have to open window for cold wind.

Located in the center of Oslo, a few minutes walk from the train and national theater. You can buy tickets directly from the VY machine at the airport. The hotel is a historic European-style building. It is very beautiful. The breakfast is very rich and amazing. It is a must-try. The service staff is warm and friendly. It is one of the few hotels in Europe that provides toothbrushes and slippers. I will stay here again if I have the chance.

This hotel is well located to explore Oslo. The breakfast buffet is large, varied and excellent. The staff are friendly, but could be better informed to help guests with their questions. Rooms are relatively spacious with a. funky modern decor but aren’t cleaned unless guests request it. The included dinner can be hit or miss in terms of quality, quantity and service. Overall, a good, not a great, choice.

So happy to stay this hotel, nice location,great helpful service staffs ,good breakfast…. Really a good place for the people first time visit Oslo . I will be here again when I will visit Oslo and share all my friends too !
