The location of hotel is very close to Osaka Station. You know it is easy to get lost in the train station in Japan. As they have different train companies using the same station. We did not find the right exit to walk to the hotel, finally we call a Uber taxi. We feel good of the smell when we walk in the hotel entrance. Full of aroma, simply walk into a spa resort. The room is tidy and have Netflix that I can log in to watch. Instruction was listed on the TV. You can know everything you need to know from the TV. The hot bath is not too crowded. Everything is new. Nice experience: I had mentioned to Trip.com that it is my son's birthday trip. Hotel prepared something on the bed (please see photos). Good hotel. Will recommend to friends. Bad experience: one of the staffs at reception. We are 2 people, she only issued 1 breakfast coupon for us per day when we checked in. We thought 1 coupon for both of us. When we walked into the restaurant next day, we need to go back to the reception and ask for the breakfast coupon for my son. Also when we check in the hotel. The staff took my room card and said that she can issue additional room card for us. At the end she gave us back the original room card and false accusation us that we kept the card and trying to get 3 cards.
