overall the hotel is good. location around 1km plus to osaka castle. and near to several subways station too. room and bathroom just nice, not too big and not too small..
Love this hotel and will come back again!
Spectacular view for our room located on 49/F, facing the bay side. Huge room with 3 beds. Most spacious room on the highest floor ever stayed in Japan.
Very reasonable price except for the breakfast which comes with quite stiff price. We tried breakfast on both 2/f and 51/f and the latter was way better in terms of spread and quality of food.
Love the basement parking, the lift will take you from carpark directly to your guest room floor. Best for those traveling with a car!!!
Exit by credit card payment at gate. Charge on each exit. No need any help from hotel staff which is so so so good!
Very crowded with the lifts when there is conference or event within the hotel. Overall, very happy with our stay there. Thank you for everything.

Hotel looks new but the room was kind of falling apart. Peeling wallpaper, stain or two on the top blanket, little door under the sink in the unit bath falling apart. Room was small but that was as expected. What I wasn't expecting was how dusty is would be but I guess that comes with being near a major road and express way. Service was average, no complaints. I must mention that it was very easy to hear the room across the hallway from us but they were being particularly loud, not really the hotels fault.
The location of this hotel is really great and so accessible to the subway lines. Had a nice queen size bedroom for my last 2 nights’ stay and really appreciated the room after staying in very small rooms previously. Finding food is not an issue as there are eateries and convenience stores nearby! They have coin operated laundry service too. Staff are all very helpful and polite. Great stay!

Worth paying extra for the Deluxe which has a lot more space and furniture. Just steps away from a smaller train station and not far from the main Osaka station. Stumbled across a Michelin Bib Dandan noodles store 2 minutes from the hotel in front of the train station entrance/exit.

If you can tolerate the loud sirens from fire trucks at night, the do-it-yourself trash dumping (there is a room on the first floor where you can throw trash away), and having to request towels yourself, you will likely enjoy your stay at this hotel.

Big room, nice but assigned at lower floor facing wall, no sunlight at all and lazy to complaint anymore. Stayed for 3nights, overall good sleep. Location quite far from trains station, very confusing with too many exit and finally get out from the right exit so we don’t have to walk too far.
Great
