Location Location Location! Was easy to find, exit 5 from Kitahama subway station, was able to get to JR line and other touristy spots easily from here, 30min walk to Osaka castle, 40min walk to Doutonbori and Kuromon markets. Staff were very friendly & helpful

Clean and new hotel. Able to survive an earthquake!!! Room was very spacious and toilet was comfortable as had a separate area for shower, sink and wc. Nice view as we were on the 50th floor. Could see all the way to Osaka Aquarium. Staff were friendly. Hotel is well connected (sheltered) to JR and Chou lines which are linked well to all parts of the city. Many convenience stores and bakeries nearby.

Big room, nice but assigned at lower floor facing wall, no sunlight at all and lazy to complaint anymore. Stayed for 3nights, overall good sleep. Location quite far from trains station, very confusing with too many exit and finally get out from the right exit so we don’t have to walk too far.

Great location, Exit 7 of Midosuji Line at Shinsaibashi Station. Turn left on the side road and walk about 100m to hotel. Opposite is Dr Martens, a shoe shop and Family Mart. Plenty of small restaurants around. The downside of hotel is, it is built a few steps higher than the road and makes carrying big baggage a chore! Rooms are nice and comfy though small as expected of Japanese Hotels. Housekeeping very efficient

We stayed one night in mystays Osaka. 5-7 minutes walk from the station. The hotel is super clean, check in and check out process was very easy and the staff were very friendly. We would stay again if we visit Nagoya agaim.

pros: - good location, 6 mins walk to tamimachi metro station and 10 mins walk to temmabashi station - have a washing machine(washing machine and washer dryer also provided at first floor) - good price - good service attitude cons: - the family room is a bit small for a family of 4 - a bit noisy, for my book, 2 out of 3 rooms face the road, which is very noisy at night -

Worth paying extra for the Deluxe which has a lot more space and furniture. Just steps away from a smaller train station and not far from the main Osaka station. Stumbled across a Michelin Bib Dandan noodles store 2 minutes from the hotel in front of the train station entrance/exit.
