This hotel was a good for the price. The staff were lovely and welcoming but were only there during day time hours. The room was basic, average size with very average bathroom. The shower was a little inconvenient as depending on height you will have to bend down to use it (I’m 5ft 3…). There were marks on the walls but overall happy with the cleanliness on bedding etc. The subway is about a 5 minute walk just around the corner with most attractions a stop or more away - the only walkable attraction was Osaka Castle. It does have a kettle, sink, rice cooker etc if needed. Reception area holds toothbrushes, hairbrush, earbuds, soap etc and a laundry room. We had no room service during our 5 night stay although that didn’t really matter to us. I’d recommend if you’re on a budget.

This is my 3rd time stayed in this hotel. The room is always clean. The staff is friendly with great smile, although their English is not very smooth, but you can feel that they are trying their best to help you. The TV is a bit too small. Their breakfast is really nice taste and money worth. The heater is quite hot and the best is the room window can be open which can refresh the air.

Very satisfactory hotel, the surrounding is very quiet, not crowded, not noisy at all, very close to the subway station, there are many foods around, very cost-effective!

Clean and new hotel. Able to survive an earthquake!!! Room was very spacious and toilet was comfortable as had a separate area for shower, sink and wc. Nice view as we were on the 50th floor. Could see all the way to Osaka Aquarium. Staff were friendly. Hotel is well connected (sheltered) to JR and Chou lines which are linked well to all parts of the city. Many convenience stores and bakeries nearby.

Pros: The hotel lobby is quiet and high-end, the service is friendly, the hotel has vending machines, microwaves and laundry rooms, which are quite convenient. The walk to the station is also quite fast. Cons: Due to the structure of the hotel, the sound insulation is really poor. If you encounter a noisy person, several rooms around him will be disturbed (you can hear his talking and laughing clearly). You have to call the lobby to complain. I hope it can help everyone
