Hotels in Tennoji, Osaka

We stayed 6 nights at Sheraton , first 3 nights were upgraded to premium room but the other 3 nights after we back from Kyoto was to normal room , however they have provided everything we need eg like shower chair fir elderly . Very good and thoughtful services , central location and can go everywhere easily . Many eateries n Kintetsu departmental stores n Hihi town n Newly yufura shopping ctr all around the hotel .

It's a good value for money Japanese hotel~ It's comfortable for two people, It's near Tennoji so it's quiet and I had a good night's sleep, the hot water comes out well, and the large bath was nice. However, it's a pity that it's not right in front of the station, and it's a little disappointing that there's only a Family Mart nearby~ (Japanese convenience stores are 7-Eleven and Lawson) The staff are friendly, of course~ It was convenient to bring amenities and pajamas by yourself. Because it's Japan, it's a little cold indoors!

My favourite hotel out of several trips to Japan! Many free goodies such as bath salts & amenities. Free rental goods such as massagers and hair irons, coupons for free afternoon tea or takoyaki-making every day (can claim after 10am). Free ramen in evening. Free drinks (alcoholic too). Free experiences such as mochi pounding. Free laundry machines you can use (heads up: laundry can take 2-4+ hours haha, but reception kindly let us pick up our laundry later even though we already checked out that morning). Great customer service. Beautiful Bali-style interior design and decor. I definitely want to come back again!

I decided on this place because I wanted to go to Universal Studios Tsuruhashi. It's about a 7-minute walk from Momodani Station. You can get to Universal Studios with one transfer. It's less than a 5-minute drive to Tsuruhashi. It's close by! The hotel is also Chateraise on the first floor. The best. The hotel is a room in a 1R apartment. It's clean and spacious. I'm glad I stayed here 😀

The first impression of this hotel is that the receptionist speaks fluent English cleanliness is normal, what is certain is that a hotel for this class of price is appropriate, if you want to be 100% clean it seems like just a dream, don't expect Japan to be cleaner than hotels of the same class, if it is smaller in area, that's true.

The hotel environment is good! It's very clean, the rent is relatively affordable, and there are convenience stores and food markets nearby. In addition, it's close to JR Tsuruhashi Station and the subway (Sennichimae Line), so you can go sightseeing freely, and the transportation is very convenient. Check-in at the hotel is self-service, which is a bit inconvenient, but there happened to be a waiter on the day to help and the procedure was completed smoothly.

It was close to the station and easy to access. The bed was large, and although I couldn't open my suitcase, it was comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were separate. I'd like to stay here again.

The transportation is very convenient. It is a 2-minute walk from Exit 3 of Tanimachi 9-chome Subway Station. There is a 7-11 downstairs and Matsuya opposite. There are few staff members. Unless they request cleaning, they will put the changed bath towels and towels on the door handle every day to reduce disturbance to guests. The room is relatively small, and only 1 bottle of free drinking water is provided. You can buy it at the convenience store downstairs. You can also boil tap water to drink. I only saw the service staff when checking in, and they charged a few hundred yen in tax. When I left, I asked at the front desk for a long time but didn't see the service staff. Because I had already paid the fee, I just threw the room card into the box.

The facility is a short walk from the station. I arrived a little early, but they accommodated me as my room was ready. I was also given a bottle of water when I checked in, which was a nice service. The building is on a low floor, which makes it easy to get in and out when I'm at work. There is a curfew, and outside of these hours you must enter through the back entrance.

The hotel room is very comfortable and spacious, and the independent bathroom and toilet are very practical and clean. The lady at the front desk was considerate and kind. She arranged a room with a window and was very satisfied. She also kept our luggage until 7:30 in the evening, which was very convenient for our itinerary. Very close to the MRT station. I will consider staying here again next time.
