1. You will receive the room number + key password by email before 16:00 on the day of check-in.
2. Press the password to enter the door and take the elevator directly upstairs. The key box is at the door of the room.
3. There is a small kitchen + simple kitchen utensils, bowls and plates, please bring your own seasonings
4. There is a washing machine + washing powder, and a bathroom drying mode, which can dry heavy clothes in one night in winter (there are only 4 hangers)
5. There are convenience stores + Yanchu supermarket nearby
6. Take your luggage to Exit 1B, come up and turn right and go straight
7. If you have any questions, leave a message and customer service will reply.
We booked the quadplets room that comes with 2 queen beds. It’s fully equipped. Would be better if washing machine has drying option. Limited space to eat in the room as only a small tea table and a small couch provided. Overall still a pleasant stay. Location wise is very convenient, very closed to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi shopping street . As we need to depart for very early flight in the morning, this apt is perfect for a short walk to Nankai-Namba station, about 7mins walk. Staff is quick to response and clarify via chat when we didn’t know how to retrieve our room key & had issue with slow wifi connection. All solved promptly. 👍🏻

The location isn’t as near to Nippombashi as it claims to be. Getting there at night was challenging as it was through dark alleys that were strewn with garbage. Once the accomodation was located, the room was clean and bright and had all the necessary amenities that it advertised. The owner was friendly and helpful and all information required to check in was sent in an email after confirmation. Not suitable if you are travelling with large suitcases. If you are using the futon, you’ll have to make it up yourself. Then there will be no more room left to open your bags.

I stayed for 3 nights and it was quite satisfying. The room was in good condition and the location was excellent.
Subway stations, shops, convenience store were very close to the hotel.
The washing machine in the room was convenient as well.
But wifi connection was very bad. The staff tried to solve the problem but I couldn't use wifi almost every night.
It needs to be improved because it is a pretty big problem.
If the wifi problem is solved, I would like to stay here again next time.

Convenient transportation, right outside the Kintetsu Nihonbashi, five minutes walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, 10 minutes to Namba Station and Takashimaya, many restaurants nearby, everything you can eat. The space is decent, with a kitchen and living room.

It is far from the subway, so you have to think about the distance and plan your itinerary accordingly. There is a lot of rustling noise from the bedding. There is very little storage space. It is very dry due to the heating system (very bad for the respiratory tract). There is no insulation at all. Even with all the windows closed, a lot of cold air comes in through the floor.
However, it is new, so it feels neat and clean.
There is a washing machine and detergent, so you can easily wash your clothes.
It is small, but enough for just sleeping.
Not recommended for traveling with family.

Facilities: microwave oven/refrigerator/washing machine (with washing powder)/pots and pans/chopsticks, spoons and forks/knife and cutting board;
Hygiene: My daughter likes to walk barefoot on the carpet, and her socks are also clean. Overall, it is cleaner than my home;
Environment: The location is also very good. It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to Shin-Imamiya and 10 minutes to walk to the zoo (we are with the children);
Service: Although the whole process was through email exchanges, communication was barrier-free, and check-in was also convenient and safe;
It was a very correct choice to choose you this time. I brought my parents and children with me, and I could cook and fry, and there was also detergent. I felt so much belonging.

I heard from a friend that it is better to stay in a Japanese B&B when traveling in Japan, but when I confirmed the itinerary, I found that many B&Bs were booked. Finally, I found that there was still a No. 4 store. I saw two 1.5-meter beds, which was quite suitable for our family to travel. I looked at the comments in the comment area for 23 years and found that it was decorated, and some said that the environment was poor. In the end, I chose to book 10 nights. When I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked. Sure enough, it was still under renovation. The outdoor area was a mess. There was no access control downstairs, which was similar to the resettlement housing in the old community in China. I suddenly felt depressed and anxious. I didn’t know what to do in a foreign country, so I could only stay reluctantly. It was still very convenient to check in, and it was relatively clean inside, but it was really crowded, very crowded, and very dark. Friends who like sunshine should not choose this. After putting down the suitcase, there was no place for my feet. After staying for 6 nights, I found a very serious smell of spray paint. I saw that there was indeed a worker painting outside, and there was a big fan plugged in outside the door of our room 24 hours a day. It was really terrible. In China, this house cannot be used for commercial purposes, right? Because I was pregnant, I communicated the situation to Ctrip and they coordinated to change my stay to another store. The Namba store is not bad, like a hotel, clean and tidy, with complete electrical appliances, plenty of sunshine, convenient for drying clothes, and close to the subway entrance, so it is very convenient for free travel every day. I took pictures for your reference. The front one is the actual situation of store No. 4, and the back one is the changed one.

In general, the stay is quite pleasant. The room is spacious enough for a family of four. However, make sure you get the key box password to obtain the room key, which they did not enclose in their email. We were stranded at mid night as we were arriving late, and without password to retrieve the room key. Luckily someone still responded from the main door notice, with the help of translation apps, we finally managed to check in at 1am.
This happened to a couple next day staying next to us......

Outstanding
HHyyhyy-Staff are very friendly and helpful: Unfortunately, because the child was sick, it was difficult to find a doctor on Sunday. The staff at the front desk were very patient and helped us call various hospitals to check for vacancies. Because there was no Chinese translator in the hospital on Sunday, the staff also accompanied us. We went to the hospital for treatment and we are very grateful to the staff, especially Hao and Ayane for their help! !
-Good location: next to Orange Street and American Village, it takes 7-10 minutes to walk straight to Shinsaibashi. There are convenience stores and drugstores nearby downstairs.
-Suitable for families: There is a large table and kitchen, and there is a laundry room downstairs, which is very practical for families with small children. Children also especially like the playground equipment in the lobby! There are also elevated platforms you can borrow.
-Please note that you need to bring your own disposable supplies~
-What I hope can be improved: Since it is two single beds combined, it would be nice if a large mattress could be placed in the middle.
Next time I go to Japan for a family trip, I will choose Mimaru!

LLEEI went to Osaka for the first time and didn't know where it was, so I booked a hotel.
I met a Korean at the front desk for the first time.
They were very kind, and they gave me a map of the hotel and told me how to rent a bike. The location was good and it was great for buying tools.
Nakau is open late next door.
I can't recommend food, but other than that, the service was very friendly.

GGuest UserSelf-service room key. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the free WiFi is fast.
The hotel is not too far from the station and the supermarket, which is completely acceptable for us backpackers.
The bathroom is clean, the hot water is stable, and you can take a bath.
Although the sparrow is small, it has everything you need.
In short, it is very cost-effective and I will definitely choose this place again next time.

BBabyKat CIOVery close to Shin imamiya station just 100meter, it's very attractive me to stay in this hotel everytime I come to Osaka. Nearby also have family mart convenient store and coin lockers, it's very convenient place. The room is a kind of capsule but it's individual room, so you can enjoy your individual stay in own room, that's what I like.

ZZhimingtingsuoniThe hotel is checked in on the second floor. There is no check-in machine at the front desk. It will give a gate password and bed number. Remember to take a photo. The kitchen of the public bathroom toilet seating area is on the third floor. The advantage is that you can cook. There are two large supermarkets nearby. After nine o'clock, the price is half. 50 RMB to eat and cattle is not a dream! The disadvantage is that people live too much and sleep well at night.
