had a very comfortable stay at STAYS, and thanks to the hospitality of the hotel staff.

This hotel is beyond three stars. They have a laundry room for free, but you have to push a liquid wash and they also provide ice cube for free in this room. I love this hotel .  The best station to go to this hotel is Kita Hama station exit 4 (Kitahama department store or sth) it has an elevator and quite free steps. It’s very much better than going from Sakaitsuji Hommachi. But one thing I need them to reconsider is the breakfast time as it closes at 9:30. 

overall the hotel is good. location around 1km plus to osaka castle. and near to several subways station too. room and bathroom just nice, not too big and not too small..

Conveniently located near subway stations, the hotel is about a 10-minute walk from a beautiful lake and scenic walking area, and around 20 minutes from a shopping arcade. The room is small but has everything you need. The hotel follows an eco-friendly program: room cleaning is available for an extra fee, and guests are expected to sort their own waste. There is a laundry room downstairs where you can wash and dry your clothes for free, and a microwave is also available for heating food. The staff are friendly and welcoming. One small inconvenience was the lack of hooks in the room and bathroom — there weren’t many places to hang clothes or towels.

Great cozy Hotel. Although a bit far from the metro station but convinence store is around.

Little away from Metro station, as compared to other hotels we booked ealier. It's usually for business travelers, takes almost 10 mins by walk from metro rail station. Not much to see locations around, tall buildings which are basically business skyscrapers, rooms were small (in Japan its usual) and even queen beds were small, not suitable for family of 3 to sleep. It's ok for 2 adults but if you have 1 kid, you are not going to have sound sleep, and everything was tight in there. Pros: 7 Eleven is close, and have chairs to sit outside, so you can enjoy lunch after buying from the store. Cleanliness in the room. Staff let us do 15 mins early check-in. Helpful Staff. Cons: The biggest one is, the smoking area is close to the reception area, and if you can't tolerate the smoke, its the worst area to sit waiting for your check-in. I never seen a hotel's reception with so much smoke smell, you will feel like you are doing passive smoking, after 5 mins my family was feeling dizzy. They got to do something about it, or stop taking family reservations. Although Non-Smoking room was fine with no smell.

Excellent service, with free umbrellas available, and complete equipment. It is a bit far from the station, but there are many convenience stores around the hotel.

Convenient location with around 8-10 mins walk to Kitahama station. Do note that there’s no aircon in the room as it’s central aircon. Will need to open window for ventilation. The space is quite small as well which is expected for most Osaka hotels. Didn’t manage to take any photos so just a city view of the umeda sky building :)

The location of the hotel is convenient. And the service is good.

Good place to stay for 3 days if you plan to see Osaka. Not far from the Osaka castle and most sifhtseiing places. Subway Saikasuji-Hommachi is 400 m from the hotel...

Excellent stay experience. Location js near subway station. Amenities are very good. We had a comfortable stay and would be happy to return next time.

The Hotel is good, the staffs are helpful. Breakfast is nice. The only thing that I don’t like is, the bath tub has a bit leak going to the floor of the toilet after using the bath tub. Otherwise all good. Thank you hotel mystay sakaisuji.
