Absolutely loved my stay! The hotel is in a perfect location — right in the heart of the shopping district and super convenient for getting around. Everything I needed was just a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and peaceful location. Near to a lot of establishments. Wonderful and accomodating staff. Our room is near the vending machines and elevator which is very nice. Towels were replaced on a daily manner.

Let me tell you. The hotel looks really old, maybe in 90s or 80s. They need a renovation.

Hotel is near 深齋橋shopping area. Transportation and finding food are convenient. Staff are nice and helpful. Room is small but have enough space for opening luggage.

Additionally, the soundproofing in room 912 was lacking; I could hear the neighboring room's curtains being opened and closed, as well as conversations in the lift lobby. Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, improvements in maintenance and soundproofing would enhance the experience.

Hotel staff was really helpful, very close to Shinsaibashi only 5 minute walks.

The hotel room is small and easily packed. The style is a bit old. But it has all amenities and even a small fridge. The location is super, you can access the whole Shinsaibashi by foot. 5min walk to metro.

Location wise perfect. The staffs are helpful and polite. But i think the room needs to have general cleaning. It’s carpeted, my mom and sibling has allergic rhinitis, the moment we entered and fix ourselves in the room, they had an attack. They needed to drink meds to feel better. Also, the room key, not really a big deal but i’m not used to only one key provided per room and the room key is big like literally key like a car key not the usual card that you can tap in the elevator or in your room.

Standart small room, clean, a little bit old. Nice location. Good makeup samples (cleaning gel, lotion). No laundry room for self use, laundry service is a little bit expensive for small things.

The location is excellent, near the famous shopping street. The details of the cleanliness is not a good as other hotel. The amenities is refilled by yourself by taking it in the lobby, including the towels and bath mat. The room also don’t give mineral water, no water dispenser as well. The tap water is drinkable.

Great location, good value, good english skills staff, and spacious room for 3 people with big size luggages. Breakfast was good too.

The hotel has a good location. Friendly staffs and approachable. One thing I can comment on is that the toilet has foul odor.
