location might not be as convenient as those commonly found in websites. That being said, we enjoyed hanging out in less populous area. Staff were kind and acceptable and reasonable experience.

Nice hotel chain with a huge desk and swivel chair so it’s great to use one’s computer at the desk. The usual amenities are provided, the only problem with the hotel would be its location, it’s a distance from Osaka station and the metro. Bed is really comfortable and they provide really nice and thick tissue paper unlike most Japanese hotels. Bathrobe is comfortable and u will need to take the robes near the lift, however, one of them that I took had a stain.

Clean room and spacious bathroom. Staff can speak fluent english. Yet the hotel is not located in main street, and no parking. Need to use the public parking facilities nearby, which is quite full.

Clean and has a nice river view. Absolutely worth the money.

It's very clean! It's a new facility, so the equipment is very new and you can stay very comfortably. It's also easily accessible from the station, so I highly recommend it.

I stayed here after reading reviews saying it was new and clean. It's a typical business hotel, with minimal amenities and facilities, but it's sufficient. The restaurants around are closed on weekends. It seems to be a good choice for business travelers and those who just want to sleep. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. I hope the number of inbound tourists doesn't increase.

Located in the business district, about 25 minutes walk to Umeda shopping district, not far from Dalin Camera. Fortunately, I bought the camera I wanted in Dalin on the first day! The room was very clean and my obsessive-compulsive wife didn't complain.

The hotel is cleaned every three days, and new towels and garbage bags are hung at the door every day; pajamas are available at the elevator entrance on each floor, and there is an ice machine on the 6th floor. Suitcases can be laid out in the corridor of the room
