Amazing hotel in an amazing location. Loved staying at this hotel. Staff were happy to help and answer questions. 10/10 amenities. Even a view of the Dotonbori wheel from our room. Would highly recommend.

This hotel is at a good location but not too close to any metro station. The photos on the website looked decent but the actual room is very small with one side of the bed right against the wall. Can’t even get out of bed easily. Room does not appear clean and the quality of the guests is not what I had expected. Definitely will not make the same mistake again and will certainly not stay at another Candeo property. The only compliment I have is the breakfast. Good variety but the dishes are the same everyday. Self service laundry room had 4 out of 7 machines broken and one flooded the entire room. Ugh!! This is by far the worst hotel we have stayed at for our vacations. Lastly, there was a used water bottle left behind the TV when we checked in and it was not cleared for the first two days of our stay.

Average hotel with a decent location. Positive points include their Onsen pool which is open all night too unlike other hotels. Breakfast is very average and more towards poor. Not the best options and food isn’t the best compared to other hotels in this price range. Rooms are very small with no modern features. Has a TV but only local Japanese channels. No smart TV ability or option to cast Netflix or YouTube for example. General cleanliness around the hotel is also poor. Carpets have stains throughout the hotel walkways and are in need of refurbishment throughout. Best part about hotel is their attractive lobby area & rooftop relaxing area. Other than that it is quite average and outdated. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Simple but good opportunity to experience Japanese public bath(outside)

Good location for eating, shopping and nightlife. Room was nice. 17th-floor relaxation area is good but busy. There is often a queue for the elevators. Place to store luggage for free before check-in or after checkout.

The hotel is located in a very busy area. Dotonbori is just nearby and it is full of bars and clubs. Not very idea for family with kids. It is a very busy hotel, the carpet looks dirty and the bedding looks greyish. But it is good that they have a big public bath (both indoor and outdoor) and many convenient stores around.

You can put more rubbish bins on the ground floor Staff can clean more frequently at the spring spa

This hotel has an excellent public bathhouse on the roof. Amazing view of the city of Namba from the outdoor bath. The room is very clean.

The hotel staff provided a nice breakfast and awe-inspiring services. Onsen is nice as well, but a bit crowded.

I stayed here for 1 night and it was good, the breakfast buffet is good also. ❤️

we stayed 3 nights and every day there was no bed It had been tidied and cleaned but all the towels were replaced by the house keeping staff. Breakfast at the hotel doesn't have much variety and isn't very tasty. The hotel doesn't provide coffee and tea and you have to take it down to the lobby and it's very inconvenient and there aren't enough towels in the room because we have to take towels to the public bath. the hotel room is very small and the bathroom is very small also the hotel looks old.

nice place nice bed nice staff and location is good  there are free storage for pick up later which is very convenient

We enjoyed our time in this hotel. Great facilities and close to Dotonbori and subway. I will definitely book my stay here when I go back to Osaka.
