The advantages are convenient location, cheap price and large space. The disadvantage is that there are concerns about safety. The elevator exit is directly into the room, and there is no door locking mechanism. If someone copies the card or has other cards, they can enter the room. There is no bathtub and the bathroom is rather cramped. We don't proactively contact guests in advance. They only send out the self-service check-in process on the same day, which makes people feel uncertain. The nearby residential areas are quite quiet, but after walking out of the alley, you will find the lively Tsutenkaku business district.
