Very impressed: A Wonderful Stay – Exceeded Expectations! We were very impressed with our stay at this hotel in Japan. Although it’s an unmanned, room-only hotel with self check-in starting at 4 PM, our experience went far beyond our expectations. We arrived early with a large amount of luggage—five large suitcases and four smaller bags—and hoped to just drop them off before check-in. Fortunately, we met a hotel worker, who we believe was a housekeeper. She was incredibly kind and helpful. She immediately contacted a hotel staff member and kindly offered to take care of all our luggage, bringing it up to our room after it had been cleaned. She also explained the self check-in procedures and how to access the building, which was very helpful since there are no staff members normally present. We didn’t expect that level of support at all—it was clearly not part of her job, but she helped us willingly and with such a great attitude. We’re very grateful for her kindness. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was fantastic—close to various train lines (railway, subway, and local), duty-free shops, convenience stores, and many other attractions. Highly recommended! We’d definitely stay here again.

I am really satisfied with this room. It's spacious and can accomodate more than 4-6 people except a small toilet. It's good for budget. Elevator card is designated so that others can not stop my floor and has no security problem. It takes 7 minutes from Shin-imamiya staion(JR) and 6 minutes from Ebyscho station. Mega DonKihote and Shinsekai takes 5-7 minutes by walking . I will stay again if I visit OSAKA.

Overall, this hotel is good. The interior is clean, the items are well supplied, the service is good, the operation is easy, and it feels like home. My family and I are satisfied and will book again next time.

First of all, the room was spacious and comfortable! I was able to stay for a good price. However, there were some inconveniences in terms of cleanliness and use, such as mold in the air conditioner, no slippers, and the sink not draining well, so the water did not drain well... Also, the room did not seem very warm. I used it for a good price, but if cleanliness is important, please consider carefully before choosing.

The advantages are convenient location, cheap price and large space. The disadvantage is that there are concerns about safety. The elevator exit is directly into the room, and there is no door locking mechanism. If someone copies the card or has other cards, they can enter the room. There is no bathtub and the bathroom is rather cramped. We don't proactively contact guests in advance. This time, I took the initiative to contact them first, and only got the contact email through the booking platform. They only send out the self-service check-in process on the same day, which makes people feel uncertain. The nearby residential areas are quite quiet, but after walking out of the alley, you will find the lively Tsutenkaku business district. You can take the subway to Ebisucho Station, which is only a five-minute walk. For shopping you can go to Don Quixote.

Very satisfied. The room is very clean and the facilities are quite complete. It is mainly quiet. I checked in and the location is also very good. It is near Tsutenkaku Tower and it is a quick walk to the subway station.
