Hotel New Hankyu Osaka Annex Reviews

The room is very small. Not recommended for long stay. Some distance from the train station, and the aircon is not blowing cool air. I suggest to get a better place for stay. No self laundry service.

Hotel New Hankyu Annex is a very good place to stay… very near to train station and airport limousine bus. There are many restaurants near by so we’ve eaten almost all kind of Japanese food just going outside our hotel. The eco friendly room is very practical especially if you’re not after cleaning your room everyday. Room is clean, especially the towels that they’re delivering to the room. The only downside of my stay is the very rude manager named Kakizaki. Upon check out, I do understand that we’re 30minutes late upon going down… we arrived 12:30nn in the front desk, and he’s already mad waiting for us there. I’m trying to explain our situation and he is not really willing to listen. I paid of course, but it really made me uncomfortable talking to him. It’s my first time encountering a rude Japanese man. Although all the other staff are very friendly, this man really got my nerves.

The room is quite small if you have more than one luggage bag. It’s near the airport shuttle bus and there are many restaurants nearby.

Close to metro and many shopping places. Lots of restaurants and food hall to choose. Feeling great here in Osaka.

It's a really nice and clean hotel and the Service was really friendly. We will definitely come back.

very close to osaka umeda station. connecting to everywhere especially direct to kyoto city center is very convenient.  just the above mentioned alone is worth the price.

Lack of tables and chairs to sit around lobby area else average in general

Conveniently located at Umeda. 5 minutes walk to the train station. Many restaurants around the hotel. The room is rather small but good enough for a single traveler.

Super convenient location. Close to restaurants, shopping centers and the metro.

The room is pretty clean but the building is pretty old Great location. The downside was there some additional charges that you have to pay if your book exceed a certain price and also there is no laundry coin in the building. There are some rooms that need additional fees to clean up.

The Hotel is a little bit walking distant from the train station, i got hard time to find the hotel on the first day. other than that the location is good. room is small but cosy enough for 2 ppl. i really love the hotel as it's so convenient.

Easy access from both Kansai Airport limousine bus or Itami Airport limousine bus. About 3 minutes walk. Beds are a little hard, good for one night stay before flying out.

Good location to Umeda station and shopping Some facilities like the carpet and door and are damaged but still functional Kids friendly
