The location of the hotel was super convenient to dotonbori and namba station. The rooms were immaculately clean and had everything I needed. The bedding was comfortable and they had a clean Easter dispenser. They had a yummy cafe downstairs and I really enjoyed my stay here!

Overall the room is comfy and the staff were polite, the twin room size is a little bit smaller but pretty expected in Osaka this city, and the closer train station is approx 6-8 minutes walk, wasn’t too bad at all. The atmosphere was great and surround with the hotel, also very close to kumo market

Hotel was clean, they don't provide room keeping service until 5nights and above stay, but they do provide trash clearing and new towels daily when u leave the tag on your door. Location was superb, close to kuromon market, takashimaya and shinseikai, and also close to nippombashi train station. There's a 200yen accommodation tax per night.

Every thing is good. Good location. A lot restaurants nearby.

Great location! Very spacious in the city center of Osaka, 5-10mins walk to Namba station, many famous restaurants in the alleys nearby. Walkable to Dontonbori, will stay here again when I visit Osaka next time!

My friend and I stayed in a Queen Bed room and absolutely loved it! Some details we loved: • Fabric spray that seems to be commonly provided in many Japanese hotel • Fluffy, comfy slippers (honestly not single use) • Smart TV that allowed us to easily cast any content from our phones, and of course We absolutely loved the location (easy to get to and fro the airport train as well as Dotonbori area) and the hotel was well kept and comfy, with great service. The room decor was creatively inspired by Japanese cultural motifs. One small thing I disliked was how the pillow becomes really squashed by the next morning 🤣

Highly recommend this hotel! Lots of eateries, restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity. Hotel lobby is really trendy and check-in counter has English speaking staff (so no worries if you can’t understand Japanese) and also provide hotel amenities that you can grab them whenever you need. Appreciate that the hotel provided late checkout by an hour on my last day upon my request, thanks so much!

Hello , the decor and the architecture was a winner , also the location was fabulous ..just made our trip amazing . Since workout is very important to us ,, presence of the gym really helped as well .

The room was compact and with interesting decor. You can avail of free skin care and toiletries in case you forgot some at the reception. Although it’s located by a road, it was relatively quiet and I had great sleep. I minor setback was the laundry does not accept coins (only cards) so a bit of a hassle but I heard from one guest that you can ask assistance from the reception to get it going for you.

Great central location, clean room, friendly staff. Would stay here again!

Amazing location! Staffs are very friendly! Hotel is super clean and fuss-free! Water dispenser outside the rooms which is good as you can top up whenever! Only slight inconvenience, the hotel does not take cash for its tax
