really convenient location within walking distance to public transport and dotonbori. there's also famima, lawson and 7eleven all right outside. rooms were also larger than usual and very clean. even though there's no front desk, check in and check out processes were very simple. would definitely stay here again if i'm back in Osaka.

We booked the quadplets room that comes with 2 queen beds. It’s fully equipped. Would be better if washing machine has drying option. Limited space to eat in the room as only a small tea table and a small couch provided. Overall still a pleasant stay. Location wise is very convenient, very closed to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi shopping street . As we need to depart for very early flight in the morning, this apt is perfect for a short walk to Nankai-Namba station, about 7mins walk. Staff is quick to response and clarify via chat when we didn’t know how to retrieve our room key & had issue with slow wifi connection. All solved promptly. 👍🏻

Great location with plenty of amenities nearby. There was a washer in the hotel and we were happy to bring the clothes to a nearby dobby for drying. Definitely just sufficient space for a family of four.

The room is so dirty. The floor carpets look like there’ s no vacuuming. Dust particles spread throughout the room. Allergic rash has appeared on our children’s bodies after the first night. (We had stayed there 3 nights.) Its location is good. However, there will not be our second time here.

The room was spacious and even had a washing machine inside which made it easy for us to wash our clothes. This is a self check-in hotel so there was no staff in there to assist us

A very good stay experience (5 days and 4 nights serviced apartment). There are 7-11, Lawson, and Family Mart within 100 meters of the hotel. There are many categories and you can change your food every day. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Don Quixote, Takashimaya, Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, and Daimaru Department Store. I will choose it next time I come to Osaka. Facilities: air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, stove hood, bowls, chopsticks, pots and pans, and a balcony. Hygiene: There is a threshold stone when entering the room, and you step on the carpet after changing slippers. It is very clean. Environment: Next to the tourist shopping center, the hotel is very clean, and the public area is cleaned every day. Service: Although I communicated with the staff online throughout the whole process, all the communication in Chinese was very good and enthusiastic. The baby's pad was lost in the hotel, and the staff also mailed it back considerately. Thank you very much!

The location is convenient, in the American Village, within walking distance to Shinsaibashi. There are three convenience stores nearby for buying daily necessities. There is also a fried chicken wing shop nearby, which is so delicious that I can't help but buy some every night when I'm full. The room can be flattened to accommodate 3 people. The shower and toilet are separated very well, but the toilet is too narrow and it feels a bit oppressive when defecating.

The room is clean and tidy. The location is very good. It is close to Xinsaibashi and Dotonbori. It is a few minutes walk from Namba subway station.

This is my second time in Osaka, and also my second time staying at the American Village store in Shinsaibashi. The CP value of the American Village store is very high, and it is very close to the downtown area. You can rent bicycles and scooters downstairs. It is also very close to Orange Street. My husband can go shopping on Orange Street, and my wife can go shopping on the boutique street on the main road. It is very convenient. There is no one at the reception counter, but they will give you the password to the house mailbox before you check in. Once you find your correct room number and press the password in the mailbox at the door, you will get the room key. It is very friendly to people with social phobia. There is an open fire in the room. You can go to the nearby market to buy wagyu and sea urchin and cook them in the room. It is also very convenient to use the microwave. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas and there is a washing machine. There is also a large balcony outside the room. You can watch YOUTE and NETFLIX on TV without having to watch Japanese programs that you don't understand. After checking out, you can also put your luggage in the corner downstairs, but it is unattended, so you should evaluate your valuables yourself. There is a 50-year-old curry rice restaurant next to the hotel that is very famous. You can go and taste it after checking out. The only two drawbacks are that there are not enough hangers in the room, which is inconvenient for those with a lot of coats in winter. In addition, it is recommended that the hotel can place a luggage scale on the first floor, which will be a big plus. Next time I go to Osaka, I will still choose to stay at the Shinsaibashi American Village.
