Very good hotel. convenient check-in and check-out. the room has everything you need. we were in a room with a Japanese room - it's very cool. the hotel is very well located, close to the metro from which you can quickly get to Nara. The staff really helped us with the luggage issue, for which they are especially grateful♥️

Very happy with the stay. Host is efficient and kind to help us. We will be back.

We had such a pleasant one week stay at Chuan House. The room was spacious with plenty of space for large luggages and movement. It was a convenient location for us as we were able to wade through the crowd and walk back here from Dotonbori, instead of trying to find a spot to grab a ride and spend more money. What really surprised us was the amazing dryer function in the bathroom which was so good at drying our clothes within an hour or so after washing! Easily fresh clothes every other day. Check-in and self-help to room supplies were a breeze. Communication with a staff representative was easy - special thanks to KK for the prompt response and assistance rendered to us when we needed, it really makes a difference. Overall it’s great value for what you’re getting!

Overall ok!  But there's no daily service or cleaning in our room.

Great place at the outskirts of the main Dotonbori area. Quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious and the amenities were great. Especially the washing machine! Special mention to U U, who patiently helped us with a booking of volleyball game tickets. She was very helpful and kind!

The overall space of the room is very friendly, suitable for a family of four. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, which is very friendly for 4 people living there. You can take a shower, wash your face, and go to the bathroom at the same time without being affected. It is just a little far from the subway, but I feel that the subways in Japan are a little far from the attractions. If you want to save effort, you can still take a taxi, especially if there are many people. The cost-effectiveness of chartering a car is still acceptable.

Location, about 600 meters from the subway station, there are convenience stores, drugstores and Chinese restaurants on the road, about 10 minutes walk. Check-in is self-service, the housekeeper sends an email, enter the password to enter the building, each room in the lobby on the first floor has a key box, enter the password again to get the key. It feels like an immersive secret room. The room is a family room with a double bed and a tatami mat. There is a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, and water heater inside, which feels like home. What I like most is the large balcony, where you can see the city view of Osaka from the 12th floor. The bathroom is a full set of pola series, the smell of shampoo and bath... This hotel apartment is not only suitable for families, but also for couples. I will come back next time

The environment is very good👍🏻The location is also very convenient, the hotel's contact and response are very fast👍🏻But we only stayed for 3 nights, so there was no room cleaning service😊
