We ended up booking the wrong hotel but it served us well. Very clean, friendly staff and great value.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Bentencho Station, and the entrance is along a main street, so it was easy to find. I used it for a Kyocera concert, and it was also about a 10-minute walk to the south exit of the Dome. I walked there alone after the concert, but the road wasn't too narrow, so I wasn't scared even at around 10pm. I was able to stay there after the concert without worrying about the train time, so it was relaxing. The place was clean and well-cleaned, and I was satisfied with the size of the single room, the size of the desk, the airflow of the hair dryer, and the clothes rack. I liked that the chair legs had casters, making it easy to move around. The bathtub was also surprisingly spacious. Disappointing points - I'm happy that breakfast is free, but it's simple (only rice balls/bread/soup/drinks?), there's no sign to guide you on how to get it, and the breakfast venue is the lobby, so it's a bit small - The humidifier in the room was broken, so I couldn't use it - The shower curtain was short (or the tension rod was too far away), so it would come out of the bathtub - I joined the club card when I checked in, and when I checked out, I was told to return my room card and complete the membership process (receive my membership card) at the front desk, but since it was different from the first staff member, they looked at me with a confused look on their face and didn't say anything like "I'll check it," which was unpleasant. I got the impression that there was a lack of handover between staff and employee training. It was even more disappointing because the first staff member was very friendly.

The location is a bit remote and not very suitable. It takes 6-10 minutes to walk from the subway station. It is better not to book here, but to book Shinsaibashi. The room is of normal size, small but has everything it should have. The room is still good, tidy and clean. I feel that the desk is very convenient and suitable for makeup haha... Then it also includes a breakfast, but I didn't get up and didn't experience it.

It was nice that there were several kinds of rice balls for breakfast. It was also nice that there were two types of soup to choose from, miso soup and soup. However, it was disappointing that there was no salad.

It was a very clean and beautiful hotel! I was here for work, so it's in a location that tourists don't often book, but I'm glad it was there! It's just a bit of a walk from the station. The photo of the hotel breakfast was of a buffet, so I thought it was a buffet, but it was just a simple breakfast of all-you-can-eat rice balls, a little bread and soup!

Clean and sanitary, the hotel also provides free chargers, but the hotel breakfast is just average, only rice balls haha

I made the reservation in a hurry because of a live show, so I could only get a smoking room, but the smell wasn't too bad and the room was very clean. The service was friendly and the rice balls for breakfast were delicious. I'd like to use this hotel again if I have a live show.

It's a little walk from the station, but it's very clean. You can choose whether or not to have breakfast on the TV, and you can even see the washing machine status on the TV, which is great.

Although it is small, it is very clean, close to JR Line and Chuo Line stations, and there is a convenience store right outside the door. Recommended!

On a business trip, alone. The hotel is very new, the room is also very new Non-smoking room, no smell of smoke at all. Cool Japanese business hotel, fully equipped. The single room is quite big. One of the reasons for the high quality and low price is that the room is not cleaned. Put the garbage and used towels outside the door in the morning, and they will give you new ones. I think it's nice and simple. For breakfast, there are four or five kinds of rice balls, two kinds of bread, three kinds of soup, vegetable juice, carrot juice, coffee, and tea with tea bags to make by yourself. I feel great. The breakfast was delicious, there were many types of rice balls, and I was able to choose from three types of soup, so I had a good breakfast. You can also choose to have a shower from the ceiling in the bathroom.

It is convenient to go to USJ and Aquarium, but less convenient to other places.
