The room key is very large, so it’s fine for a few nights on a business trip.

The hotel was nice and clean and quiet. It was a bit disappointing that there were no supermarkets or convenience stores nearby.

It was close to Osaka Station, and even though it was raining on the day, I hardly got wet because it was very close to the underground passage exit. The limousine bus stop to Kansai Airport was also nearby, so it was convenient. I thought the check-in time was 3pm, so I went to the hotel early, but it was actually 4pm, so I was able to check in right away. It was very helpful that I could check my urgent email right away.

There was a noise near the elevator early in the morning.

Everything was fine except for the hairdryer being broken.

Conveniently located near the station, about 8 minutes from Nishi Umeda Station, and within walking distance from Osaka Station. Amenities are not very complete. No internal phone, kettle, or teacups. No BS broadcasts. No explanation online. No idea. Hair dryer provided. Even though it's a business hotel, the room is small and the lighting is dim. No bathtub. The shower is comfortable and well-cleaned. The refrigerator or air conditioning was a little noisy. It may be the cheapest in the Osaka Station area, but I wouldn't recommend it to those looking for comfort. It may be perfect for those who just want to sleep! Personally, I'd give it 68 points.
