The location is great and is really near their city centre. Room is a little small but very cosy. There is a variety of amenities that you can help yourself right at the lobby. The staff there are also very polite and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay there

I really like this hotel! It’s small and simple but I like that they design a women’s only elevator with women floor access only and onsen area. It really makes the stay feel safer and also very considerable. The staff are welcoming and kind. I like it’s simple but trendy. Very suitable to what I need

Was let down a bit by this place. Check-in procedure was very confusing with desk service to check your passport and explain the policies, then they give you a blank card to go and self-serve your check-in this rest of the way. No safe in room which is uncommon for a hotel of this type. Housekeeping procedure also a bit of a mess, quite confusing. Nice and quiet, but wouldn't stay here again.

1. Location: The hotel is in the middle of 2 subway lines, 7 or 8 minutes walk, but there is a very close bus stop, it is more convenient to take the bus to Umeda. The surrounding residential atmosphere is relatively strong, there are various restaurants, you can walk to find them.
2. Hotel experience: The room is not big, but the facilities are complete and the hygiene is good. Disposable items such as toothbrushes are on the table opposite the front desk, take them by yourself. The breakfast is average, not rich, and you can eat enough.
Bad review: The bed is sunken, the pillow is high and hard, it is very uncomfortable to sleep, the heating in the building is too high, and it is dry and hot.

The first impression of this hotel is that the receptionist speaks fluent English
cleanliness is normal, what is certain is that a hotel for this class of price is appropriate, if you want to be 100% clean it seems like just a dream, don't expect Japan to be cleaner than hotels of the same class, if it is smaller in area, that's true.
