Best Western® Hotels in Osaka

The service was great and the location is great too. I stayed at a double bed room with my friend. The really concerning part is the size of the room, it was really small and we could barely open our luggages inside the room.  It’s a great place to stay if you don’t mind staying at a really crowded room at a very affordable price. Other than that, staff are really friendly and they speak English. The rooms are maintained tidy and clean!

The overall hotel facilities are relatively old, but the space is considered large among Japanese hotels. There is wind blowing in when sleeping at night, and it is not very soundproof. You can hear the sound of cars outside. The attitudes of the two front desk staff on the first day were not very good, and they were rather cold. The girls did not seem to be Japanese. However, the staff in the following days were very good, and the cleaning lady was also very polite. Ctrip's customer service also responded promptly and tried their best to help me solve the problem. Overall it's okay, because it is really close to the station, only two minutes walk away, and FamilyMart, 711, and Lawson are all nearby, and Sugi Pharmacy is very convenient!
