Best Western® Hotels in Osaka

The hotel is in a very good location as it’s only minutes to the main food and shopping streets. It’s also located right next to the metro lines which is very useful. However, the hotel rooms themselves are very small. There is no place to open a suitcase other than on the beds and it’s very tight for more than a single person. We also had an issue with the smell in the bathroom. After checking in we spoke to one of the staff and explained the bathroom smelled of urine. He stated that the cleaning staff had finished at 3pm so nothing he could do. We asked him to go check himself which he said he would but never did. The over all service was disappointing.

I originally booked a smoking room as I couldn't book a non smoking one, but when I got there they asked if I would like to change to a non smoking and it was awesome. I really appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were. Not only this, but the rooms were big enough for you to fit comfortably without taking up too much room. The cleaning staff was also excellent and I appreciate the way they respected my stuff that was around the room. I would recommend staying here.
