Come and rush to forget to take pictures and see the text. The overall environment of the hotel is good, consistent with the picture, the living is very comfortable, more suitable for self-driving, the hotel is relatively small, but the room is large and clean. Opposite the hotel is a lake with a nice view. The hotel has a gym and an outdoor swimming pool, which is experienced, small and clean, and there are children to play there. The hotel has its own breakfast, and it seems that a few hotels are still very rich, you can make waffle. The hotel has its own washing machine dryer, which can be used for direct payment with a credit card, as well as washing powder. Free orange water and lollipops are available at the front desk. There is a mall near the hotel, the distance is very close, and it takes about 12 minutes to walk. The 711 walk takes about 15-20 minutes. This road is very desolate. It is not recommended to walk at night. We didn't drive, we went to the amusement park to be lyft, about 25 knives to Disney, and about 10 knives to the universal resort. One of the places to eat nearby is the restaurant and food court in the mall, or take a taxi to eat around. We stayed in a Chinese restaurant called u&me for three days, really delicious, about 8 knives, recommended Everyone goes, there is milk tea next to it. Overall, the price is good and the hotel is very new.

After reading many stellar reviews, and wanting a clean new place to stay, I booked here. The price was decent, especially for a hotel close to the parks. Upon check-in, the room I booked was not available. I was disappointed, but my parking cost was comped, so I appreciated that. The Good - The hotel is in close proximity to literally EVERYTHING. Minutes from the parks, plus close to newer chain hotels, coffee, gas stations, and Target. - The hotel's bartender is amazing. Very friendly, works his butt off when it's busy, and will STILL remember your name. - Food onsite through the hotels restaurant is good, and very convenient! - The pool is clean, large, and open until 11pm, which is awesome when you return from a long hot day and want to relax. - Even though our room was across the hall from the elevators, it was mostly quiet throughout our stay, which I appreciated. - Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in the shower, which saved packing space. The Not-So-Good - Our room wasn't in great shape. With this hotel being only a few years old, it already needed repairs. The faucet was loose and spun around. - There was a crack from obvious water damage (badly patched) in the ceiling over one bed that looked like it was ready to let loose at any moment. - The light bulb in the desk lamp was out, and the bed skirts were ragged and had some holes. - The bathroom layout is odd, and it's hard to stretch out when trying to dry off. - If you want service during your stay, you must request it. This is something I struggle with, post-COVID. I miss daily service. I had to go to the front desk to request things be replenished, rather than it happening during a daily service. - The front desk did try to book another guest into our room while we were staying there. Imagine our surprise when we finally answered the door after hearing the handle jiggle four or five times. I think the person on the other side of the door was equally confused. - Breakfast is quite chaotic. There are so many stations with different types of food, and no real order to the ”flow” of it so people end up wandering aimlessly. With it being so hectic, we skipped it most days. Overall, the hotel was okay for what we needed. It was close to things we wanted to do, and quiet for a good night's sleep. Overall the service we received from the staff was good too.
SpringHill Suites Orlando Airport

The breakfast is great, with one or two different main meals per day, and a variety of yoghurt, tea, coffee and orange bananas are available every day. The service is thoughtful and welcoming. The airport Shuttle Bus is 24 hours, and after that, it will take about 20 minutes to call. Car rental is also very convenient for transportation from here. I will choose here next time.

One night 9/13/22. Loyal to Marriott so I sent info and pictures to corporate. Headboard was all torn up. Dark stains in shower. Cigarette burns in carpet. Poor lighting. No safe. Side door of hotel that needs room card to open could not lock. Was open all night. This door was 15 feet from my room. Hotel sign with name on top of building had only half of lights working at night. This is what you see with the dumps on hwy 192 in Kissimmee. Good points- employees very helpful. Lobby and food area very clean. Pool area also very well kept. Spent 28K points to stay . Hope I hear from Marriott.
