We were greeted by Franciely she was great and she took care of us and made sure we were well attended. We got a couple of frozen drinks and mixed drinks and they tasted so good! I highly recommend swinging by this bar and enjoying the fun in the sun and the great people!

Experience was excellent, customer service was amazing. The room was perfect for our family of 4. Had a fridge, 2 burner stove top, and dishwasher. Pool area looked very nice, we didn’t get a chance to check it out on this visit. There is a Starbucks in the parking lot and a few other food establishments. Complimentary breakfast was great. Close to SeaWorld, Aquatica, And Discovery Cove. Other attractions were within 10-15 min drive. We will definitely look at this place for future stays. Wish we found it sooner!

We checked in around 7 pm with a gentleman that has a unique name should have told him to write it down I apologize but I hope you get recognition he checked us in and we were on our way to enjoy the resort unfortunately 3 hours later we noticed our ac not working and I told him about he said I'll said a tech when we came back in wasn't fixed so I called front desk and James answered apologizing about the situation and that unfortunately he couldn't do anything till the mornin, in the morning Zoe and Jillian helped my family with our extension and were able to move us to a more comfortable room with a working ac thank you all so much for going above and beyond we had a blast!! Definitely going back!!

Staff was great, room very clean, unlike my lay 3 visits, there were hidden charges at checkout, not related to services. Next visit to area I will be checking other places.

My Husband and I stayed another night and also booked one more night . This place is so amazing and very clean. The maintenance guys are very fast. Are a/c went out and told them that morning and they got it fixed. The security guards here are so nice and on top of there game.. very safe here cause of them. The housekeepers are also good at there job. Very friendly and very fast in bring what you need for your next stay over even if it's something you need when you check in. I Love this place and we will be back and we will be bring are kids on are next trip back to Florida. I give them a 10. We will be back. I recommend this place.. Overall we had an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza. The front desk staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The wifi was good in the room and common areas of the hotel. The coffee bar was great to have on the ground floor. The gym was mostly clean. The base of the tread mills could be a lot cleaner. The swimming pool was very nice but I recommend going in the early mornings when there are fewer children at the pool. When requesting to have our room cleaned in the middle of the stay, there must have been a communication error with housekeeping. The front desk followed up and the following day our room was cleaned perfectly. The location is ideal for visitors of Universal Studios. The location is good for Disney World. My family is grateful for our Orlando experience at Crowne Plaza.

It is not an expensive hotel and is pretty decent for what you pay. It is very, very big and set up in the ”motel style” where all the of the rooms have an exterior entrance. They wouldn't let uber eats drivers come past the lobby, which is pretty annoying given that it is about a 5 minute walk to the lobby (and then 5 back), where as if the driver could drive right up to your building, it would take 30 seconds. Not fun when it's pouring rain (like in my case).

Have recently returned from a great stay at Coco Key Water Park on International Drive, Orlando. Check is was quick and easy and Javier (apologies if I misspelt your name) was really friendly (as were all the staff). The rooms are pretty much the same as most hotels on the Drive with 2 x queen beds, sitting area, flat screen TV and basic bathroom. We had to change rooms due the air conditioning not working and this was no hassle for the staff at all. The only negative thing I have to say is around the coffee making facilities in the room. Rooms have a coffee making machine that uses the coffee bags (which isn't the nicest tasting coffee). We had brought some of our own but due to their not being a kettle in the room we were unable to use them. If kettles were provided in rooms, this would have improved our stay (and it's something so simple to do). We were also expecting microwaves in the room which would have allowed us to heat up microwave meals (which would have helped during Hurricane Ian). Again this is something that is easy to do. Overall we had a good, comfortable stay. We were greeted every morning and each time we returned to the hotel by the most friendly of staff with nothing being too much trouble for them. We would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Excellent location and very convenient for anyone visiting Universal Studios. Pools are a must and the hotel is very friendly overall. Highlights: airport shuttle (paid, Universal ShuttleStar), bus transportation to Citywalk all day every couple minutes (included), park early entrance (included), pools open till 10pm, market and Starbucks in the lobby. And, the biggest plus for me was the fact that they don’t have a strict check in rule: as long as they have a room available, you may check in (if you’re traveling in crazy hours with kids, this makes all the difference!). Staff is great, very friendly and helpful despite the hotel being very busy at all times. Rooms are clean - you don’t get service everyday but you can ask for anything and they leave you at your door. Again, despite the hotel being very crowded, kids running everywhere, everything was clean at all times. Will definitely stay again.

Check-in Experience: Upon arrival, check-in was seamless and efficient. However, I was disappointed to find that parking came with an additional charge—an inconvenience I reluctantly accepted. That said, this is really my only significant complaint. Room: The room itself was quite basic but exceptionally clean. While housekeeping did miss our scheduled 7-day bed linen change, they were otherwise thorough and attentive. I have no complaints regarding the cleanliness or upkeep of the space. Pool Area: The pool area, especially in the evenings, was a highlight of our stay. The pool was maintained at a comfortable temperature and was spacious enough to accommodate plenty of guests. We never had an issue finding a sun lounger, and the late-night swims after a day at the parks were a real treat. Location: The location was ideal—much better than I initially expected. Though I was concerned we might be too far up International Drive, it turned out to be quite convenient, particularly with its proximity to I-4. Complimentary Shuttles: The complimentary shuttle service was outstanding. We never waited more than five minutes, and it was a great convenience to leave the car behind, especially if we wanted to enjoy a drink while out. Dining: I approached the on-site food court with low expectations but was pleasantly surprised by the quality. In fact, the meals here were better than some of the ones we had along International Drive. Overall In summary, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it as a no-frills, basic resort. It’s not a luxury destination, but it is clean, well-maintained, and staffed by friendly professionals. A solid, reliable accommodation option.
