First of all, I would like to give a thumbs up to Ctrip customer service. The service is really humane. This hotel does not have random midnight snacks. The room reserved is the farthest. I was told that the family room in the hotel is the farthest. We booked breakfast for two adults and two children, but when we arrived at the front desk at night, we were asked to cancel the order and place the order in the store. They said that one child would be charged. If we place the order in the store, we don’t have to pay. We have been out for several times and two breakfasts are enough for two adults and two children wherever we go. Overall, the overall feeling is good. The room is large, but the front desk service needs to be improved.

I am satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and front desk service, but the breakfast service is really poor. Breakfast starts at 7:30 and ends at 9:30, but when I went to have breakfast at 8:30, the restaurant was empty. No one was in charge and no one was responsible. It was disappointing and Angry, do not recommend staying. (See the picture)

環境：臨街，但是環境不錯，裝修的風格也很OK。雖然臨街但是不吵，我們入住的時候以後過了假期，人已經非常非常少了。

The facilities in the room are exactly the same as in the pictures. The air is fresh and has no odor. The aunt is very responsible and will deliver milk every afternoon. I wanted an extra quilt and she also delivered it to me.

Next time I will definitely come to Yuhai Hotel, the room is large, the lighting is good, the surrounding environment is quiet, the breakfast is also rich, anyway, I am very happy to eat, not far from the surrounding cultural landscape.
Then the hotel staff are very good, very friendly and caring. When it rains outside, they will take the initiative to ask if they need an umbrella. They will give the guests the greatest help. If you come to Kangbashi, it is recommended to stay at Yuhai Hotel.

The service at the front desk was very good, and they helped us arrange two rooms next to each other so that the children could play together. However, the water heater was really not very hot, and there were hairs on the sheets, and the hygiene on the quilts was not satisfactory. It is recommended to prepare some mosquito repellent. The mosquitoes were buzzing all night. After all, many children were taken there. It is recommended to improve the hygiene level.

GGuest UserFirst impression of the hotel was good. We stayed at 25th floor, So that the room is bigger than others.
The reason we choose this hotel because It has a swimming pool. So, after checking in, I went to check the pool. I was shocked to see so many people there. It turned out there was a swimming lesson with 6 instructors and twenty something students. The lesson is running from 9am to 8.30pm. ( pool is closed at 9.30 and only 4 line.) I was very disappointed, therefore I called the duty manager and told him the issue. Soon after, the front seat manager Mr Li came to my room with apologetic attitude. Even though he couldn't resolved the issue, we felt that it was out of his hand. Food at fifth floor was so so. Breakfast has a lot of room to improve. If you want to relax in the pool. Don't go there. Otherwise it is a good choice to have a peaceful sleep.

NNel GBDuring my recent stay in Ordos City, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. It was exceptionally clean and spacious, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. One of the most convenient aspects of this hotel is its prime location; it is situated near popular attractions such as Wanda Plaza, the zoo, and a variety of restaurants. Additionally, the bus stop located directly in front of the hotel makes it easy to explore the city.
The comfort of the accommodations was a mixed experience, however. While the quilt provided was soft and cozy, its thickness made it uncomfortable when the air conditioning was turned off. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit itself left much to be desired. It produced a loud, typhoon-like noise, and I found that it didn’t effectively cool the room to a comfortable temperature.
Despite the issues with the air conditioning, I would still recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ordos City. Its cleanliness, roominess, and convenient location make it a solid choice for travelers.

WWitidaThe hotel located on the South Bank of the river, 3-4 km away from the center of Kangbashi district. There's a park/walking-jogging-biking lane in front of the hotel and along the river to the bridge to the opposite. If you like to walk and want to stay in a quiet place, I recommend here. By the way you can call a taxi/Didi easily. The hotel staff couldn't speak English but they kindly helped you so far they could. You should ask them to add WeChat for they can answer you easily cuz WeChat offers translation function. The room we stayed was large, bright and clean, has good view if you choose river view.

The staff was not as super. My wife was rudely pushed the extra blanket we requested (before booking and then again on arrival) in her hands by an annoyed member of staff. They seemed preoccupied with a large group/party that also stayed there, but that’s not my fault.
Other than that, we enjoyed our stay in this interesting hotel.

AAI CHEN CHUAAlthough this isn't the big brand name chain hotels, I had a great stay here as well. The beds are comfortable and the customer service at the reception is superb. The rooms are clean. The decor is chinese styled and cosy. Location wise isn't next to malls but you can find some shops and convenient shops within walking distance.

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldVery good value for money. we had the 3 bedroom spacious apartment for 5 people. beds were clean and comfortable as were the bathrooms, hot water and toiletries available. no kitchen available. very commercial area around the hotel, there is a large fruit market, supermarkets and many other bits like clothes and restaurants. Service was excellent and listen to our needs. Breakfast had cofee, bread and fruits available as well as the usual breakfast staples.

Of course, the location was good. There was a park opposite. After dinner, there were many children playing inside. Especially lively, Ordos is a city of parks, there are big parks everywhere, it is really cool to take a walk after dinner, of course, there are barbecues in the park, The room is also very large and spacious, the decoration is relatively new, although it has been 6 years since the decoration, but the facilities and equipment are not bad, especially their bed is comfortable to sleep! ! Recommend to everyone, come back next time! ! !
