Location is perfect. 2 minute walk from JR station through footbridge. Located in between the ferry and bike rental. Got a free upgrade to double room with water front view. Found some free fruit jelly and snacks in the fridge. Breakfast is mediocre. Salmon quickly ran out and never got refilled. Good choice for bike ride trip.

Perfect for travelers willing to explore onomichi or to start the biking of the Shimanami. It is located right by side of the ferry to start the biking itinerary. The hotel is offering comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a convenient location. There are a on-site amenities, including meeting rooms, biking racks and a restaurant. They offered us room upgrade to a larger room for free. Highly recommended!

Clean and very convenient location - close to the Onomichi station, just 5 min walk. Quick access to the bike rental as well if you would like to do the famous cycling route. Breakfast buffet is nice. Good Value-to-Price ratio. My only complaint is its room wifi is quite unstable and my bandwidth dropped quite often while watching Youtube.

This hotel met our needs well. Location was great and although a bit dated, it had a large room and comfortable beds. Nice extra touches with some samples of local produce. It’s so close to the ferries and the station. Great having the option of the in hotel restaurant too as the offerings around town were a bit hard to find.

Execellent stay voor starting the shiminamo Kaido

The front attendants were friendly.  The hotel was located across the street from the JR Onomichi station, and the piers right in front of the hotel; very convenient to go to the islands. Enjoyed the room with an ocean view. The restaurant was ok.

We stayed at the hotel ahead of our Shimanami Kaido trip and enjoyed ourselves. The room was slightly small but well equipped and clean, with Netflix and Youtube for your entertainment needs. Location was extremely convenient with a 5 minute walk to Onomichi Station and the ferry across to the start point. Plenty of delicious food options around as well. The hotel also has bicycle racks on the second floor. Staff were friendly and kindly helped us fill the TA-Q-BIN forms to ship our luggage and make payment. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying here if in Onomichi.

Was Very Nice Hotel. Water view was great as well as local food close by.

Driving to Onomichi for a cycling tour in Shimanami Route across Seto Naikai all the way to Imabari in Ehime Prefecture. Location convenient, close to wharf and bicycle rental desk. Dinner 20% off for all stay in hotel. If free parking would be perfect however it offers 1,000 Yen capped fee which is acceptable. Upload pics shot in the tour
