Hotel was next to Migros and it was approximately 7min away from Olten train station by foot. Highly recommended. Check in was smooth.

The location is good, the rooms are clean. But, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, the check-out time is 10:00, and if you want to check out later you have to pay 20 fr for each extra hour. The lady at the reception was slow when making the check-out.

The bed was full with bed bugs. They were everywhere on the pillow, on the bedsheet. There were so many that I cannot imagine how the staff was not able to detect them!? After I showed them to the receptionist I got a different room.
Response from Property: We regret the incident very much. As our hotel manager assure on site, we will take your feedback very seriously. Bed bugs are unpleasant, very difficult to detect as they are often only active at night and are unfortunately often introduced into hotels. We acted immediately and took measures. We hired a specialist company to carry out the necessary special cleaning. This is how we were able to fix the problem. We have also provided our housekeeping employees with additional training and awareness. We apologize once again for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, there is no A/C in the rooms which made my stay to a nightmare. As we all remember we had an uncredible heat in Switzerland at this point in time. In the room it was crazy hot. Service in the restaurant was average but not bad. Room service took a long time until I did get my burger (1 hour).-I was starving!

Staff seems to be really stressed at the reception. Not that supportive and friendly as they were in the past. No A/C available in the room. Waiting time for the food I have ordered to my room was a way too long. The stay was a real disappointment.

Friendly staff, they pleased our every wish (and there were quite a few) with our 1,5 years old child. Rooms are comfortable and stylish. A part of the hotel is also a super restaurant. The prices in restaurant are quite high, but the food is also on a higher level. Next to the hotel is a shopping centre with migros, coop,...the rail station and a small old town city centre is a few minutes away

Guests are well served and everyone receives attention. I will recommend your hotel to other people in the future. The parking garage should be better marked, as there are so many shops there. Personally, I am grateful for the experience.

For a 4* hotel, I was missing details like: mini body lotion, toothbrush, razor, nail file, etc. Such attentions are usually available in every hotel. Price/performance is good. The staff is very nice and attentive. Thank you for the great service.

Everything was very good as always. The only problem in my opinion is the pillows, one is much too big and too hard, the other too small and too soft (and apparently there are too few of them in the hotel). This really needs to be corrected.

Beautiful hotel in a very good location. The reservation was very easy. On site, the welcome at the reception is warm. Lovely room, well equipped and impeccably clean, very comfortable bedding. The breakfast, served in a beautiful room, is fabulous. A buffet of cheeses, breads, pastries, smoked salmon, cereals, scrambled eggs, jams, etc. all presented impeccably. No noise from neighboring rooms or the street.

Very well located and modern business hotel with a nice restaurant with terrace, great service, good breakfast, friendly and professional staff. Underground parking in the building and shops right next door. City center and many restaurants within walking distance. The only small drawback - the rooms do not have air conditioning.

Very clean and modern hotel, covered terrace with food truck for delicious grilled food. The breakfast is international and more than sufficient. The staff is friendly and competent. The location is ideal for business trips, as the train station is only a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is also located in a complex with a large shopping center, so there are plenty of shopping opportunities. The only small criticism: the room was not air-conditioned (nor were my colleagues' rooms in the hotel). This is certainly not necessary all year round in the region, but when I was there the temperature was above 35°C. However, reception was able to provide fans on request. All in all, the hotel is highly recommended.
