I have stayed previously hereon a few occasions, finding it convenient. It is in a good location close to restaurants and bars money changer. I believe it's good value for money despite limited amenities. Staff are friendly. Direct access to Sparrows Cafe is good where locals & foreigners eat.

Very disappointing experience - not clean - lots of bugs/insects in the room - woke up with lots of insect bites - avoid this hotel it needs a refurb it used to be good but not any longer

It met all my expectations

Quite terrible. They gave new towels every day if you asked for them. And it's on the edge of the strip, so a little quieter. Aside from that, though, nothing good can be said. There was a bug infestation. Tiny bugs climbing all over the walls. The toilet was in a disgusting state, looked like it had never been cleaned before and it was falling off its hinges. The shower had a curtain which had very questional stains on it. Absolutely filthy. No extra amenities, and TV barely worked, no smart capabilities. Had a couple of local channels and that's it.

It’s a nice budgeted hotel very close to all the nightlife venue. Must recommend to everyone

I think the toilet in room 7 was broken. Is that normal? The poop kept coming back so I was a little embarrassed and couldn't ask. As mentioned in the reviews, the road noise is indeed noisy! Other than that, there were no particular problems...

Staff, reception, good service Negatives: Cheap rooms don't have refrigerators, road side may be a bit noisy, but good value for money, Cebu Ketsuna etc.
