We want to share a nice holiday. 1 .High quality service and very friendly staff. 2. The service department is successful in food and beverage. 3. Rooms are spacious and hygienic. Friendly staff greets you at the 4th entrance. 5.The food is delicious. 6. interest and relevance is quite high. Our room is calm and quiet with a sea view. delicious cocktails are served in the lobby and in the bars. I would also like to thank the manager Mr. Mehmet during the day. This hotel is the address where your dreams come true. Meals, a wide variety of drinks, a very nice dessert section, a variety of bean coffee machines, it makes very good coffee

This is our second time at this hotel, everything was perfect, only the main course variety at dinner would be better. Most of the time the snack bar was better

The location of the hotel, the density of its location, and the hotel's facilities were much better than we expected. We stayed in the annex called Theodora and we had doubts until we went because it was an annex. However, when we saw the annex, all our doubts disappeared. The room we were given was quite spacious, nicely designed, with a view and far from noise. In fact, there were many entertainments in our hotel and in the surrounding hotels. We did not hear any of them in the evening. Although the open buffet was good, Theodora's restaurant was wonderful. Salmon butter and farmesan fettuccini and breakfast are a must-try. Theodora's separate pool was not crowded. There is only a 2-minute walk between the annex and the main facility. Although the hotel's beach is beautiful, it is not the hotel's fault, but the sea cannot be said to be very clean. The number of sunbeds was sufficient. It mostly hosts foreign tourists. We were the only Turks when we went. We also liked the hotel's patisserie and the places to sit. The hotel had many foreign staff. Although foreigners were a bit dull, the citizen staff were friendly and helpful. There were 3 a la carte restaurants, fish, Ottoman and Italian. We tried Osmanlı and were pleased. We can say that we were pleased with every aspect of the hotel we went to for 4 days. Especially the hotel staff Buse Hanım took great care of us. We would like to thank her. It is one of the best hotels that can be preferred in this price range. It can be preferred with peace of mind.

The service staff in the restaurant and bar do not comply with the ethics of recreation and tourism. Wi-Fi in the room, and hygiene products are completely missing.

We followed to another building not Deluxe, but Theodore. The hotel put the blame on you that inside the program shows a reservation in theadore, but I have no information about this in the voucher There are no bathrobes anywhere, Wi-Fi does not work from the word at all, be prepared to waste your Internet, there are practically no fruits, apple, oranges; season, fruits for money please🙈🙈🙈 In Mersin hotels 3 and 4 stars and that is, all seasonal berries and fruits The balconies are dirty as if they never wash The views are beautiful, the rest of the food is quite normal and tasty, but there is not enough variety for a 5 Thanks for the gozlume on the beach for free 😅😅they are very tasty

First of all, great view, great food, wonderful desserts, it has a super patisserie, the service is very good, it's a family hotel, I am proud of my fellow countryman Sait from Ankara.

We stayed in Anex rooms, the view was superb, the food was moderate, the rooms were large

Everything here was breathtaking!Everyone here is so nice.Special thanks to Mehmet Kabul, the bartender from the Moonlight bar, for making our nights even more special with his gorgeous cocktails and wonderful energy! The location, rooms, cleanliness was perfect too.

Hello, i hope you will find my review useful and informative This is my second time In Justiniano Deluxe. Last year I stayed here for 2 weeks. And I’d like to say that some good changes have happened. First of all, INTERNET IS WORKING THE WAY IT IS SUPPOSED TO WORK, YAY! Connection is good even on the beach. Last year, internet connection was a complete DISASTER! Also, there are some new spots and locations in the hotel, that weren’t available last year, like a pool bar, which is great. This year, Mehmet does amazing cocktails, I suggest you should try his masterpieces. It’s a game changer! This time i like Moonlight bar even better than lobby bar. No more never ending lines. Although i find menu in the main restaurant more appealing and various than it was last year, there wasn’t a single serve of the red fish. ‍♀️ Big thanks to guest relation, Gulnara is very helpful! And again, Mehmet, your cocktails are amazing!

This Hotel is fabulous. We booked 21 days here. We got married during our stay too. I requested a nice room because the holiday was also our honeymoon. We were provided with a fabulous honeymoon suite at no extra cost. Thank you so much for this. All the staff were fabulous and very helpful. Entertainment team were exceptionally good. I would like to mention the reception staff too Emrah, Nadia and Iroda who were very helpful to us during our stay. The food was fabulous and presented beautifully. We would highly recommend staying at this beautiful Hotel Orhan and Sandy.. xxx
