Okazaki New Grand Hotel Reviews

The hotel location is excellent, near Okazaki Castle, but it takes more than 10 minutes to walk from the train station. The staff's service at check-in is terrible.

There was a bit of odor when I first entered the room, but everything else was fine, better than I expected. The quality of other guests was also high, which made me happy.

I went to Japan to see cherry blossoms and specially booked a hotel near Okazaki Castle. The room is 11 square meters and the breakfast buffet is pretty good. Right outside is Okazaki Castle and the night market, which is very convenient.

There is a large bath on the ninth floor of the hotel, which is extremely comfortable.

This hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Higashi-Okazaki Station. Everything else is very good. The breakfast has a lot of variety compared to other hotels and is very good. You can see Okazaki Castle from the large bath!

It's all very good. It's nice to see Okazaki Castle soaking in hot springs.

The hotel was a little old, but it was clean and beautiful, and the large public bath was good. In the middle bath, there were only 3 seats in the washing area. It would have been nice if there was a vending machine near the bathhouse.

It's a little bit of a walk from Higashi-Okazaki Station, but it's close to Okazaki Castle and next to the Otsu River, so it's in a great location. It was raining this time, but if it had been sunny I'm sure it would have been one of the best hotels.
