I absolutely loved this hotel! Staff were polite and helpful. The room was spacious and there was an ample about of toiletries.

The bed and breakfast were very good. The location was also good. The hairdryer was dirty (they replaced it) and they had run out of combs - would that be a deduction?

Stayed 2 nights. Possibly had the best room in the hotel on the 10th floor . Had fantastic views of the castle and river. The room itself was very comfortable. The location is great for the garden and castle and is 1 km from the train station. The buffet breakfast is ials good.

It's about 1.5 km from Okayama Station, and you can take the tram right to the hotel, so access is not bad. Okayama Castle is within walking distance from the hotel, so it's perfect for sightseeing. It probably depends on the direction of the room, but I could see the castle clearly from the room I stayed in. The hotel was old and the room was non-smoking, but there was a bit of a dry smell. The breakfast buffet has a decent variety and is not bad. There were also local gourmet foods such as grilled Spanish mackerel and mamakari tempura.
