Good location near by Oita station. The room was cleaned and building was also tidy. You can expect better than you pay.

Need renovation carpet and furniture look old and dirty. Not really budget value. They don’t have twin bed as according to the front desk. Believe it or not lol

Reviews often mention dust - this is true, unfortunately. Perhaps the reason is that the rooms are cleaned by old people, and they simply do not have time to do everything. When entering the room, we felt stuffy smell of dusty carpets. I took a rag and wiped all the carpets from dust to make it fresher. It is also inconvenient that the dryer in the laundry room does not dry things after washing even in two drying cycles. If you load a full tank, keep this in mind. We had to hang things all over the room. The reusable indoor slippers were torn. Apart from this, everything is fine. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the station along the main street - easy to find. On the first floor you can take necessary amenities of high quality for free. The room with two beds is small, the suitcase can only be opened close to the door.

Small room but clean. Breakfast is nice and delicious, value of money. No free parking, hotel charging 1000 ¥ for overnight parking, reasonable price. Nearby park is very nice with Sakura.

Just an okay stay at this hotel. The lobby is quite nice but the room is a bit old. The bathroom is quite small. It is good enough for a short stay for business travelers.

All good, except day 1 is smoking room. Overall not too bad this hotel.

Staff were not friendly and not attentive enough (they claimed our deal wasn’t include breakfast but after checking they found they were wrong). We also found stains from the towels🥲
