Old but still relevant hotel. Bed are real comfortable n big. Simple facilities.

This hotel is so amazing nice view the bar and food is amazing the pool is good use I highly recommend this hotel for dates and anniversary’s

although Oakland is a dangerous area, but I fill safe when stay at the hotel.

Good ppl friendly

The two-story house has decent sanitation and room facilities. Don't use the usual standards to judge overseas hotels, so overall it's OK. The gas station nearby is quite affordable, so you can consider refilling it before leaving.

The security is OK, but we arrived at night, and my colleague and I were given two rooms without cleaning them. Maybe the business is too good.

The reason for choosing this hotel is that it has 3 diamonds, but the price is super low. I regretted it after booking. I stayed in a motel. The room was very small and there was no hair dryer, but if you ask the waiter, he will give you one. Parking is convenient. There are security guards in the parking lot at night. The security is good. It's just a place to stay, so don't expect too much.

The room is not very big. Two people can sleep in one bed. A twin room would be too crowded. Fortunately, the hotel is relatively clean. There is no peculiar smell in the room. The WiFi signal is also good. I have no complaints about the price. It’s also cheap and has good reviews! ! ! !

Check in person is rude and disrespectful, never say hi this guy is not for hospitality person . He gave me room very bad smell from smoking he didn’t apologize to me.never ever try to go this hotel. If possible fired this guy he is not right person .

I stayed at this hotel March 28th with a disabled friend and it was a horrible experience. The staff were friendly but the service was nonexistent. I requested and even tipped the housekeeping to clean our room but no service was provided. The room was infested with cockroaches and the staff seemed indifferent to the situation. I was moved to another room but the damage was done. I wanted to check out immediately but my wheelchair bound travel partner was unable to, so I had to stay to assist her. The interior doors are so heavy that a handicapped person in a wheelchair is unable to open them from the inside. The location is unfortunate with a 24 hour security guard. There were still vehicles with broken windows in the parking lot. I don't recommend this hotel at all!

The photos of this hotel are misleading. The rooms are worn and old, but clean. New furniture does not fit in the room, we had a standard office chair for a high top table, so the chair was useless! Beds were comfortable but way too high. No cold water in the bathroom. Room phone did not work. No hotel info available in the room so we missed breakfast. Dinner was good but the person in charge when we arrived to eat verbalized her annoyance at having to serve us rather than spend time chatting with her friends at the bar. Front desk customer service was also poor. The employees other than room cleaners really made it clear they are unhappy working at the hotel. Probably why they had so many rooms available at short notice.

My wife and I stayed at the Radisson in July, 2024, on the night before we were due to fly back home after a great vacation. When we drove our rental car to the hotel, there is a security booth with a guy asking if we were staying there. When we said 'yes', he let us through without even verifying our names or anything. Very strange, but several people told us the area near the airport was a high crime area, so I guess I understand why he was there. So just a very important note to not leave anything valuable in your car if you're parked there. The hotel itself was fine, and our room in the tower was okay, albeit very small. There wasn't much room to maneuver around the room. But most concerning was that the door to our room looked like someone tried to break into it, quite obviously chipped in places where something like a crowbar must have been used to try to gain access! Yikes... If you have a rental car, you can return it the night before your flight and the hotel shuttle can pick you up at the rental car center, or you can take the shuttle from the rental car center to the terminal and get picked up there. You need to call the hotel to get the shuttle to pick you up. Note that the hotel shuttle doesn't operate before 7am, so if you have an early flight out (as ours was, 6:30am), you'll need to get to the airport by some other method like Uber/Lyft. For an airport hotel, it's not the worst I've ever stayed at, but it's certainly not extravagant.
