We booked though trips.com. The website pictures show totally different from the unit they give it to us. The agent said we booked though Agoda is lucky draw on which unit we get but we booked though is trips.com. This is the last time we staying at the condo.

Contacted the owner to get the instruction to check in but they informed my booking was not in the system, luckily trip.com send me confirmation email and the prove of payment made

Check in was a little confusing. U try to contact the hotel no-one answers. Best way is to watsapp them. I only realised when I got there. Overall the place is nice quiet and clean. U need to have your own vehicle to travel to legoland and surrounding food places

The original intention of booking this apartment was to make it convenient to go to Legoland and Legoland Water Park. I thought it was pretty good after looking at the pictures. It was a lady with a very heavy accent who asked for my mobile number and email several times. Unfortunately, there were special characters in the email and I couldn’t speak English. I changed to a girl who was better in English. She called for more than 20 minutes and repeatedly asked for my order number and confirmation number, phone number, mobile phone and email, and then asked if the order was placed from agoda. They couldn’t find it. I said it was Ctrip Ctrip. I repeated my mobile number ten times, but I still couldn’t read the email address. She couldn’t find the name either... I wanted to curse in my heart. Later, I said that I didn’t need to check in early, so just pretend that I didn’t call this call. 。 。 。 Later, she added me on WeChat and sent me a check-in guide. The apartment environment is good, but the hygiene is poor, the musty smell is strong, there are basically no disposable toiletries, and the bed sheets are also average. You have to live with tears. The only thing worth praising is the swimming pool on the 9th floor. The last picture shows the walking route to Legoland, which takes about ten minutes to walk.

The room facilities are very complete, and there is even a washing machine. The sanitary environment is relatively good. Although I am not sure whether it is changed for each guest, it is better than most hotels in Malaysia. Singapore can be seen from one side of the room. It is closer to Legoland. It is recommended to take the road on the north side. The road on the south side is a jungle with monkeys. The locals reminded us to be careful and helped us drive away the monkeys. Self-service check-in and check-out, contact with the housekeeper by phone, the housekeeper on duty did not speak English very well and had a heavy accent.

It's a little off the beaten track, but the room is big and you can see Singapore across the street.

This area is very deserted, if you want to find a convinient store to buy drinks or snacks or dinner, you have to go out or book a grab. I have to check in myself so it's inconvenient. The security guard won't have any information. You have to call the support person for instructions on how to get the key and wifi. Next time I will choose a place near the center of Joho Bahru for convenient eating and sightseeing The advantage is that the room is about 55m2 wide, has a sofa bed so it can accommodate more people, suitable for a group of young people.
