We stayed in the king suite and amazing experience, so much room and the room was so clean, because of the air con it was so cooling which was amazing because of the heat. No complains even free drinks I’m mini fridge. Only issue was payment because I did mine through a travel agent and got a bit confusing but in the end solved itself but service was amazing throughout loved it!

My stay at the Holiday Inn is generally a pleasure, but my recent experience deviated from the norm, marking a mix of expectations and reality. Initially, I was assured by the service team over the phone that my premium king room would include a microwave oven, an amenity I looked forward to utilizing during my stay. Unfortunately, this was not the case upon arrival, leading to a slight inconvenience. Furthermore, I encountered minor cleanliness issues, which, although not drastically affecting my overall comfort, did catch my attention. Despite these setbacks, I must commend the hotel for its unbeatable location. Situated conveniently close to the railway station and the city center. Additionally, the responsiveness and attentiveness of the service team were impressive.

It wasn't easy to find the Hotel as it was around the back from the road. Even I am deaf, I can hear a funny noises going on from the hallaway. Cold water tap by the basin is leaking when turn on. Apart of above, everything else was good, staff being helpful because of my deafness and provided me a flashy light and vibrating thing under the pillow ! Breakfast were excellent

The location is very good. It near bus stop going to city center, near retail park with supermarket like Morrison, near restaurants such as Yellows. The housekeeping staff and receptionist are very helpful and friendly. The bed sheet is clean and the mattress is comfortable. They make me have a good sleep at night.

The hotel is very well located, nice staff and good breakfast. We had a nice break there.

The hotel rooms are spacious and the view of the stadium is superb, as if you were in the stadium. The Wi-Fi connection in the room is smooth. There are no slippers and toothbrushes provided in the room. If necessary, you can get them at the reception desk. The staff at the reception desk are friendly and friendly. The facilities in the hotel are average, there is only one MiniGym, which is really a mini gym, but the best thing is that there is no one to compete with you. The breakfast is okay, you can order fried eggs and pancakes to order, and the reception staff in the restaurant are very friendly. There are Morrisons supermarket, b&m, Nike, H&M, Next, Boots, etc. near the hotel. Shopping is very convenient. It is also conveniently located near the Rail Station. You can take a train or bus to the City Center. If you want to travel, you can walk to the City Center via Riverside, which is very convenient. It only takes half an hour to get to the zoo by taxi. The zoo is worth a visit because you can see animals up close.
