Majestic Minima Hotel Reviews

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my hotel room. The bedsheet was visibly dirty, with noticeable stains (see photo), which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. It raised concerns about the hygiene standards of the property. I expected a clean and comfortable environment, but this experience fell short. I hope the management takes immediate action to improve their housekeeping practices.

The room was slightly bigger than the broom cupboard and we had to sleep in single beds even though I specifically asked for a king room.and I was told that there was king rooms in their other property.but I would have to pay an extra $200. I also booked car parking and that was not available. So I had to wait until I could find a street parking spot

It was great except for the 500 dollars I had to essentially pay for a week until I got it back. Deposits shouldn't be more than the rooms are worth or at least send deposit back using osko

15 minutes Uber ride away from Central, but at the heart of North Adelaide where you have equal access to good food and atmosphere. The receptionist is 5 minutes walk away. Easy parking with additional fee. Clean room, good amenities and interesting interior design.

Great location, the ambiance of Melbourne Street and North Adelaide are superb, really love it. The only fly in the ointment could be the size of the room and room service. The room is too small and there is barely extra space, besides there is no proactive room service like changing towel or bed linen daily.

Friend and I booked for NYE. Great customer service! Check in 2-11pm & Check out by 10am. Key access required to enter, room & electricity. Have a shared balcony space and some rooms also have balconies!

Was told that upon arrival i would only have to pay a $1 deposit hold on my card. Yet when checking in i was actually charged a $50 deposit. Which was apparently released back to me the same day i checked out. Its now the 7th day since i stayed there and i still havent received my $50 back. I know its only $50 but its annoying when your on a tight budget and you were told it was only going to be $1 charge ... not $50

The environment of the room number is quite satisfactory in all aspects, but it is quite speechless, that is, I went there and told me that the Internet is not available, and the signal in the room is very poor. My own network can not be used, and the signal is too bad And the front desk is not there, you have to walk to find another place to see it There is a deposit of 1 yuan at the front desk. There are two room cards in total. One is to provide electricity and the other is to take with you when you go out.
