"Great location with 2 supermarkets nearby and the staff were very friendly! The room was bigger than I thought and there was a sofa in it. I have a good experience in it! btw I like their Croissant"

"Interesting hidden gem. Location is great right on the main intersection of Acton with bus stop right outside and steps away from Morrisons. 24hr reception but access is weird having to go through the pub which was empty and dirty and didn't give very welcoming vibes. Has a lift which is a bonus and the rooms themselves were great - large with comfortable bed and modern interior. I wouldn't stay in Acton unless you need to but would stay at this hotel again when in the area (visiting family locally)."

The is a sisha smoking set up during the night, which gives unsafe vibes. However, during my stay I didn't have any hassles. There were few noises that disturb the sleep. VFM thou"
