The outside of the hotel looks old but the room is renovated and clean. The dinner they bring to the room and serve you and the breakfast are good. The inside onsen are ok with five hot spring but I’m disappointed with the outside onsen, which is small without view. In sum up, service and location are good

The room is spacious, its tea table comes with teapot sets and tea!!! Their service is good and welcoming. Breakfast is awesome. Hot spring area is big and comfortable. One thing is the shower room is a bit stinky. Else everything is fine.

The best thing about this place are the absolutely amazing kaiseki ryori meals served to your room. This is an incredible authentic Japanese accommodation experience so make sure you get a Japanese room and meals included. The one downside was that they offered no practical solution at all to getting my clothes washed. The onsen baths are ok but there is no view.

The staff was friendly and attentive at this family-friendly hotel. We stayed in a Japanese style room, which was small but comfortable enough for our family of four. Skip the uncomfortably small shower and use the hot springs onsen, which was spacious and had many options. Breakfast was mediocre, and did not change much the second day. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, but it wasn’t perfect. As is, I would still recommend it!

Great location opposite of the Bus interchange. Onsen was authentic and comfortable. Lack of food options available at night so do take the dinner package if required. Smoking rooms are available.

Excellent service, friendly staff, scrumptious meals with a great variety of choices. Opposite the bus terminal. Souvenir shops are within 1-min walk! Spacious rooms with 4 tatamis for my family. Enjoyed the convenience of dining inside room!

The room is small, but it is enough for a family of three. The hot spring facilities are not big and not very new, but they are good enough. The hot spring water is amazing. I took a bath three times, just after checking in, after eating, and after getting up the next day. The breakfast is delicious, but I don't know how to eat many Japanese dishes, so I watched the Japanese family next to me and learned how to eat. I will go again next time if I have the chance!

The Japanese-style room we booked is quite big, and we ate in the tatami area. The hotel is just opposite the bus station. The whole town is relatively small. There are 711, coffee shops, ramen shops, Jigokudani, etc. walking in. The hotel lobby is relatively small and looks a bit old overall. Basic hygiene is OK. (There are also tatami beds in the closet, but I saw hair on them, so I suggest you order the Western-style one) Includes breakfast and dinner, dinner is average, you can order other dishes. (The grilled crab legs I ordered were average, and the grilled beef was not bad). I didn't eat breakfast. *At a price of 2k+, it is recommended to check other hotels early, because I decided to travel at the last minute and booked late, so I don't recommend it.

The location is excellent, just opposite the bus stop, and a little distance to Jigokudani. The room is not big, but not too small, it is OK for two people. Dinner was delivered to the room, and the food was not amazing. The hot spring was very comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Traditional Japanese hotel. A car will take you directly to the hotel from Noboribetsu Station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the entrance of Jigokudani. The dinner was great and was delivered directly to the room. The service staff was very enthusiastic and attentive.
