New Century Resort Hotels in Ningbo

Nice resort for families with lots of activities for the little ones. Highlight was the service and all staff were friendly especially Mona who also spoke English well and shared her wechat and checked with us everyday to ensure our stay was pleasant. Bon fire and fireworks for Chinese new year were an added bonus. Mona also helped us book a BBQ tent which was a nice experience by the lake. The play area is large and could use a facelift as some areas seem dated. Buffet breakfast was nice with the usual fare and a nice touch to give the kids a small gift when they clean their plates. Although it’s winter, the temperature was quite warm and the room AC could only be used as a heater which made the room too warm so we turned off the AC and left the windows open. Car parking was mostly full during the holidays but we managed to get a slot to charge the electric car. Overall a pleasant stay.

Environment: The garden view is beautiful. I live in Building 2 and can see the lake. I went out for a walk in the morning. There were few people, it was cool and the view was beautiful. It was a very good experience. Hygiene: The room is simple and tidy, very atmospheric. The lobby and corridor are very clean and fragrant. Facilities: I went to the swimming pool, it was so comfortable, the locker room was very private, and the water was very clean. There were not many people on May Day. Service: The staff I met were very gentle and polite, and they would help solve any needs. This time I stayed with my parents, and my parents liked it very much. The main reason is that the location and scenery are so great, I will want to come again.

The hotel is located on the mountain with a good environment. There is a private bath in the garden. The water comes out quickly, is very hot and very comfortable. The only flaw is that the bottom of the bathtub is yellow. Although the hotel gave an explanation, it is still unacceptable. We changed rooms with the coordination of Ctrip. The bathtub in the back room was very clean and we were very satisfied.
