I have been a global traveler and quite savvy in selecting good hotels:) Now I have to say that Intercontinental Hotels are my very favorite choice! The hotel is tastefully decorated and the room is elegant, clean and comfortable w a sweeping view of Ningbo city and rivers. The staff members are extremely helpful, especially Leslie who graciously granted us the privilege to be upgraded to the executive lounge so we could enjoy some snacks while enjoying the spectacular views from the top/25th floor. The famous breakfast buffet here is also amazing. We had a great time trying a huge variety of Chinese and Western foods, such as specialty foods from Ningbo and lots of green vegetables. Absolutely loving these!Intercontinental Hotels are highly recommended to people who would enjoy a luxurious and comfortable staying in China.

My stay at InterContinental Ningbo was fantastic, especially thanks to Angle Cheng's outstanding service. She made me feel at home with her friendly demeanor and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Highly recommend!

Bad impression on their coffee shop. Had breakfast yesterday and saw a lot of tables with used dishes piling up. Obviously guests had left but seems like no one is cleaning up. And the table I sat at has water stains all over it. Looked like whoever doing the cleaning did not not look and only got job half done. Room I was in the A/C was not working properly. I told the front desk in the morning and asked them to fix it but when I came back in the evening, the A/C is still now working. The draining system in the bathroom sink did not work. I had water in the sink when I left the room in the morning and when I came back in the evening, the water in the sink is gone but I found out the drainage system is still not working. It shows whoever serviced the room did not have the heart to get the job done correctly. One good thing to talk about is the hotel did offer me another room due to the A/C problem. Looks like the management is not doing their job.

It is a fantastic hotel. The staff was wonderful, the pool and gym are first rate. The room was, as well. I am extremely satisfied and hated to leave.

It was a great place to stay 2 nights with family and kids specially. They lived the food and swimming pool even in this winter season. Love to come back again someday.

Very satisfied with all the services this hotel provided. The checkin/ checkout process was quite straightforward and easy. The room was very clean and spacious.

Hotel is like well used LV bag; it has some marks and scratches but still you can understand it’s a good quality)))) hotel needs renovation. Dinner 178rmb doesn’t worth to buy if you prefer European cuisine. Oysters basket always empty, queue for sashimi salmon, the rest cuisine is local.

We spent our wedding anniversary here. Thanks to the satisfactory service, I think I made unforgettable good memories. There are facilities for children, so it's good to come with children. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip to Ningbo！

I would like to deeply thank Kol,Justin and Alisa for their outstanding Hospitality during our stay. My family visited this hotel during the 2022 dragon boat festival weekend. We traveled with our 7 months old baby and as you can imagine, we needed some type of help in many ways and among them three, they made sure to get us all the help we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a family gateway weekend.

Since we had a child, my parents traveled less and less alone, so we would take my mother to a place at the beginning of every year (don’t ask my father, because he (the child’s grandfather) needs freedom and quietness). This time we chose a place my mother had never been to: Ningbo (NB). As for the hotel, I chose Shangri-La at first, but then changed to InterContinental at the last minute because Shangri-La was said to be too old, so I chose InterContinental within 40 minutes of the city attractions. Service: Someone will contact you the night before check-in. This time I stayed in a suite. The service was very good, and everything was available, meeting the standards of InterContinental. From breakfast, afternoon tea, happy hour to dinner, the service was impeccable. The last picture is the girl who has been contacting me. She is nice. Their cleaning aunt is also very enthusiastic. Restaurant: It’s hard to describe the Chinese restaurant. It seems that not many people eat there, and to be honest, it’s not delicious. If you are interested, you can come and taste it yourself. Breakfast: To be honest, the breakfast at InterContinental is not good. The food is not rich and the taste is average. The kids who cook are also very introverted and not very skilled in cooking noodles and vegetables. The chefs who cook are not very enthusiastic. They all look like children. Location and transportation: We rented a car and took a taxi. It is said that there are many restaurants around, but I haven't studied them. Reminder: The TV in the hotel cannot be projected. The bed rails are not firm. The cloakroom is not wide enough to put the suitcase. The buffet is only available from Thursday to Sunday.

A very good international brand five-star hotel. The facilities are complete and new, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant has delicious food with Ningbo characteristics, and there are discounts for hotel guests at reasonable prices.
