It’s good hotel with nice staff and nice services , they know the values of giving good service to their customers , I stayed in this hotel and becoz room was not clean the hotel staff gave me upgraded room , nice lunch , one request if u can add fruits in breakfast it would better

The smell of cigarettes is very strong. Room can be slightly dim to some people’s liking.

Great location. Lobby is very opulent and clean. Was charged almost three times the room rate deposit. Perhaps previous issues with past clients. Deposit was return promptly however at check out. Inside the hotel is very clean with the basic things you expect. The decor is however somewhat dated and needs to be renovated or upgraded. For a one night stay was excellent. Had a good night's rest and would consider staying there again in the future.

Staff was very accommodating after a mistake (of mine) with the booking. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a huge buffet of fresh-cooked food. Excellent. Would have been perfect if the breakfast staff had enforced the No Smoking policy.

Nice hotel

The hotel is in a great location, close to the scenic spots. Parking is convenient, but I didn't move the car after parking. The night market is less than 10 minutes' walk away. The breakfast is good and the food is delicious.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Drum Tower and Ningbo Station, and 100 meters from Metro Line 4. The front desk reception is very enthusiastic. During the May Day holiday, they thoughtfully provided disposable face towels, bath towels and toilet mats. The only drawback is that the hotel is a bit old, but the advantage is that the price is cheap during the May Day holiday, which is still very good 👍

Although the hotel is not new and a bit old, the check-in experience is good. The front desk staff has a good service attitude and is positive and enthusiastic. Free parking is available and the hotel is located at the intersection

This is an old state-owned hotel. The guest rooms are very old, but they look clean. The location is good and it is convenient to go anywhere. There is no smiling service at the front desk or in the restaurant. There is no polite language. The faces show that they owe money. The funniest thing is that I finally stayed in the legendary hotel where someone stuffed a small yellow card in the guest room. Overall, you get what you pay for, which is in line with expectations.

The room is very cost-effective, it is an old three-star hotel with a good location, close to the high-speed rail station and subway station. Although the room facilities are old, the floor, bathroom, quilt cover and other hygiene are very good. The first night was near Tianyi Square, the price was much higher and the environment was not good. The location here is not bad, and I stayed for three nights in a row. During the Spring Festival, they also provided free breakfast, wishing the business to be prosperous.
