The location is very close to tianyi square and close to metro station. The breakfast is basic and overall experience is value for money. The rooms were clean and we'll maintained.

Always nice to stay at this hotel. It’s centrally located and the rooms are clean.

The staff does not spake English but has proven relatively helpful when I needed desperately help with my broken phone. The staff was not excessively practical, even with language barrier it could have been easier to communicate.

Stayed here for a nice before I moved to another hotel. Room was small but ok. But quite noisy. The staffs were helpful and kind .

I recently stayed at Meitu hotel and overall, I found it to be in a nice location. During check-in, the staff was friendly and cooperative, ensuring a smooth start to my stay. However, my experience took a turn the next morning when there was a shift in staff behavior. Despite having paid for breakfast for two people when booking, there was confusion when my wife arrived at 9:25 AM to collect the voucher. Initially, she was told that breakfast was not included, but when I provided proof of the booking, the narrative shifted to the breakfast being available only until 9:30 AM. In my opinion, the staff's approach could have been more accommodating. Even if it was a matter of minutes, issuing the voucher upon arrival and allowing guests to decide whether to partake in breakfast would have been a more guest-friendly approach. It's not just about the breakfast itself, but also about the level of cooperation and understanding extended to hotel guests.

A budget friendly hotel. The room size is big for two. Its location is the best part for me. A bit noisy outside the corridor. Overall Is book here again.

Stock standard hotel. Was clean and the service was acceptable. It's fairly close to the old bund and the high speed railway. No convenience stores nearby after 8pm so if you need cigarettes or something late at night it's best to arrange ahead of time. Overall it was ok. Starbucks over the road.

1. Hygiene is lacking. AC / shower (photos) 2. Noisy 3. Check out time is 12, but they come knocking on the door at 10am positives? a place to stay when the IBIS 200m away is fully booked.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, clean and comfortable room. However, the cleanliness of the shower could have been better.
