Very friendly and attentive staff. Location is great if you are taking train. Room is clean & new. Individually controlled air con is a must for me, this is not the case for many other hotel chains (including international brands).

This hotel is totally new and located nearby the railway station and lake. The hotel staff are extremely polite. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Quiet room good service east transportation

I highly recommend this Atour when visiting Ningbo city! I am very satisfied with the front desk service and room facilities. The front desk guy and girl were very considerate to help upgrade the room type, and also helped to delay check-out considering that our car was late. The whole hotel is very new from the outside to the inside, and the location is also great. I will come again.

The room is perfect! There is no odor when the toilet is opened, and there is no sticky urine stain on the floor. The countertop is polished to a mirror. This cleanliness freak has not found any dead corners. The room is also very quiet. You will never hear the sound of the high-speed train when the window is closed. It takes ten minutes to walk to the high-speed train station with a suitcase. The front desk staff are also very kind, professional and friendly. The lobby downstairs is very large and grand, and there are many private compartments. It's a pity that I didn't live in the legendary Yuehu view room. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back to taste it next time.

This is my first time staying at Atour in Ningbo. So far, it is the best experience among all the Atours I have stayed at. Whether it is service or decoration style, including breakfast, the price/performance ratio is very good, and the location is also very convenient, not far from the attractions. The porridge arrived late at night, which was also very considerate. Drinking a bowl of porridge in the winter night is very heartwarming. I will still choose it for future travels and will recommend it to my friends.

The hotel's location is really good. You can see Ningbo Station from the window, and across from it is Yuehu Lake. The scenery is unique here. I had diarrhea that day, and the late-night porridge for two arrived super timely. I drank two bowls of hot porridge. There is no need to insert a room card in the room, it is all inductive. The front desk staff is also very friendly. I recommend it to friends who go to Ningbo.

The hotel is in a very advantageous location, very close to the high-speed railway station, Yuehu Shengyuan and Yuehu Park. Just a few more steps away, you can reach Nantang Old Street, Drum Tower and other famous attractions. The surrounding subway stations and bus stations are also very close. It is a good choice to come to Ningbo. The late night service and afternoon tea are very pleasant surprises. There are some pretty good and unique places. If you come to Ningbo for vacation, it is highly recommended. The surrounding accommodation environment is also very quiet.

Since the air conditioning in the hotel is still very powerful, I don’t know if the memory foam will become hard if the environment is cold. Overall, I like the experience very much. I have already planted grass for Atour Planet's products and I am ready to buy them at any time.

Generally speaking, it's OK. There are a lot of porridge at night, and there are pork elbows for breakfast... The location is also very close to the train station... The shower room doesn't drain smoothly, and a lot of water accumulates...

The hotel is in a good location, next to Yuehu Park, convenient for travel, and free room upgrade, free breakfast, and the service staff are gentle and polite. I will stay in Atour Hotel again.
