Clean, the front desk service is very good. Breakfast is at 7 o'clock, but we have to leave at 6 o'clock. The front desk staff kindly prepared three breakfasts for us, including milk and biscuits. Highly recommended

Service: Absolutely amazing. After my stay, they kept calling to ask for a good review, promising a free upgrade the next time I stayed. After three stays, I didn't get an upgrade. If I didn't leave a review, they kept calling and sending WeChat messages to ask for it.

Facilities: Standard amenities for all Four Seasons hotels.
Cleanliness: I stayed at the hotel for three nights. There was a lot of hair on the floor. The bathroom drain hadn't been cleaned up.
Environment: The environment was okay.
Service: Speaking of service, the staff were completely unscrupulous in their attempts to get a good review. Without my permission, they used my phone while I was waiting for my renewal and opened Ctrip to write a review themselves. This was extremely despicable. Furthermore, the front desk phone number was rarely answered.
Overall, I had a good impression of Four Seasons, but the staff at this hotel completely changed my perception.
