BTG Nanyuan Hotels in Ningbo

I waited a really long time at the front desk to be checked in and was ignored by 3 different staff members. They also missed something with my check in causing another delay. The room decoration is very outdated, there are nicer places to stay nearby for a similar price. The location is good, close to the metro station and near a couple of nice places to eat just a short walk away. Nothing special about it so just for somewhere to crash for the night for a short stopover it's fine.

The signal lighting of arriving lift is not conspicuous from where the passenger stand. One has to step backward to see which lift is arriving. Heated centralised air-conditioning is not suitable for southerner. It dries our nostrils. The best solution is to stay on normal cold setting, we can set 26 or 28°c if one needs the heat.

Everything is just very good. Room size is convignient for long stay. WE enjoyed 5 nights very much. Not far to center with many restaurants and shops!

I arrived late yesterday and stayed on the 2nd floor. Don't be too wet. There was a little ink on the sheets. I called the front desk to check and they said it was fine. I couldn't find the comb. I asked them to send it to me. I told them the room number twice and it was still the wrong one. The most interesting thing about the room is that I checked out at 11:50 pm today and called me at 4 pm. I angrily asked why the room card was not refunded. I have tolerated you for a long time and I have always been like this. I will not stay with you again in the future. Home

The hotel service staff are very friendly. The room facilities and equipment are well maintained. It is clean and tidy. The area is large and the stay is very spacious and comfortable. It’s also very convenient for friends to come visit me. It’s cost-effective and highly recommended.

The room is comfortable and warm, clean, and the environment is very good. The hotel has a restaurant and it is very convenient. There is a fruit shop and snack shop next to the hotel. There is also a big supermarket to buy things.

The service is wonderful. You are made to feel like a VIP guest with staff smiling and greeting and offering immediately to help you. Evening fruit and red bean dessert was a nice treat. When we requested a room change for a different view we were quickly helped with no bad feelings or sense of inconvenience. It honestly is one of the best experiences Ive had in hotels.
