BTG Nanyuan Hotels in Ningbo

Originally stayed here 20 years ago, and the rooms still are good today, especially for the price. Common facilities such as the pool and changing area are unfortunately in disrepair. The restaurant, however, remains high quality.

The room was bigger than I expected, clean and the bed was so comfortable. I would definitely come back in the future.

Everything else is very good. I hope this waiter can train. The second time, I made a grimace. I didn’t know if I asked three questions. I kept staring at people. I don’t know if this is very rude. The service is wonderful. You are made to feel like a VIP guest with staff smiling and greeting and offering immediately to help you. Evening fruit and red bean dessert was a nice treat. When we requested a room change for a different view we were quickly helped with no bad feelings or sense of inconvenience. It honestly is one of the best experiences Ive had in hotels. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The service at Nanyuan is great, the staff are enthusiastic, the breakfast dishes are delicious, and there are enough kinds of bread for the children. The room price is very cost-effective. I will choose it again. There is also Ningbo's special glutinous rice balls!

I arrived late yesterday and stayed on the 2nd floor. Don't be too wet. There was a little ink on the sheets. I called the front desk to check and they said it was fine. I couldn't find the comb. I asked them to send it to me. I told them the room number twice and it was still the wrong one. The most interesting thing about the room is that I checked out at 11:50 pm today and called me at 4 pm. I angrily asked why the room card was not refunded. I have tolerated you for a long time and I have always been like this. I will not stay with you again in the future. Home
