Nice hotel withe rooms of various sizes. For me it was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable, would have liked one more cushion. Room was clean an I liked that i could open the window. It was quite hot in the room because the heater was turned on. Even if i turned it off hot air came out. Room was clean and had everything i needed. You can also get things at the front desk. Breakfast was buffetstyle and really very good with a lot of choises, both Japanese, local and western. Location was very convenient near the train station. About max a 5 minutes walk. Near the hotel there are a lot of places to eat or have a drink. At the station is a shopping mall.

Very pleasant comfortable stay. So close to the loop bus, bus stop and only 1km walk from the Sake brewery. The bed was a small double however we didn’t mind as it was so comfortable and we slept really well. Only 1 very tiny, tiny issue was that we were near the elevator and guests returning from late night revelling were quite noisy. Would stay here again and try their breakfast.

The location is excellent, 3 minutes walk from Niigata Station, there is a convenience store downstairs, and there are many restaurants and food around. The room is spacious, comfortable, bright and clean! Highly recommended

Check in at 3:00, you can store your luggage in advance. If you want to store your luggage after check out, it costs 500 yen per piece. It is very close to the station, and you can buy a one-day bus ticket at the station if you want to go out.

The room was extremely small, and the only place to put my suitcase was in the gap between the wall and the bed. It was a shame that I had to unfold it on the bed. The breakfast was excellent.

I always stay here on business trips. The breakfast buffet is great and the bath is in the basement, which is nice.

It was also nice that there was unlimited manga to read. The breakfast was the same for all three days, which was a bit disappointing.

The location is very good, less than 3 minutes from Niigata Station. There are many restaurants, bars, and sushi restaurants nearby. The hotel room is very comfortable and the large sofa is great for single rooms. However, the air conditioning is central, so the temperature cannot be adjusted and the room was very cold, so my body got cold. The large public bath is small but satisfactory, but it would be great if there was a sauna. There is a manga cafe on the 3rd floor. I did not eat the hotel breakfast, but it seems to have a very good reputation, so if you have an appetite in the morning, why not go? There is a Lawson convenience store directly connected to the hotel, so there is no problem.

The location is good and the rooms are clean. Wi-Fi is available and there is almost no sound leakage, so it was comfortable. Please note that there are no towels in the bath.

The station is close and the staff are very friendly. Check-out is also done quickly with the machine. I will definitely stay here again.
