It was a very reasonable and clean inn.
The staff were polite and friendly.
I was also happy that the hot springs were available 24 hours a day.
I would like to use them again.

We travelled to this hotel from Tokyo to stay here a night before my husband went drifting at Ebisu. The hotel is perfect for exactly this. Clean, tidy and staff are so helpful. We forgot a plug adapter and the lovely lady made some calls and arranged for one to be given to us at the hotel. We also used the hotel to book us a taxi and it was on time and no issues. Food for breakfast is basic but no complaints from us, we weren’t expecting anything fancy. Rooms are modern, bathrooms are a little dated but clean and no complaints. If you are looking for somewhere to stay for Ebisu then I’d recommend!

I chose this hotel to climb up Mt.Adatara the next day without any particular reason. The hotel looked like a western style hotel but the inside was Japanese. Tatami Mat room and big and cozy public bath. That was the best choice. I booked stay and dinner type which means set dinner at a Pub outside the hotel to enjoy the nice chat with an owner advertized by the hotel. The owener was not active as they describe but somehow seemed depressed and tired. So I mainly spoke a lot. They have only really local Sake(3 sake manufacturers's several brands)which was good however the dinner served was a lot of cold mountain vegetables(almost all I would say) and I need efforts to eat them all.

We stayed here at the end of October after a drive to see the autumn leaves on the Bandai Azuma Skyline. We finally found the inn after walking down a narrow one-way road to park, but there were few parking spaces, so we asked an inn staff member and went around the hot spring town to park in the shared parking lot. The hotel has a small feel. Unusually for an inn, there is no ordinary souvenir shop, and it is dominated by a mountain climbing section. Our renovated room had a shower toilet, so we were prepared for that, but we were saved. Dinner was a course meal, and the amount was just right for us, who don't eat much. The breakfast buffet had a limited number of items. There was also the fact that yukatas were charged, so we felt that this inn was more suited to mountain climbers.
