While staff is pretty friendly and helpful, the shower facility is totally unbearable tight to an adult. The lift is also very old and inefficient to run. Breakfast quality is the best part of my stay as far as I am concerned .

I would recommend this hotel to stay in Nice despite the fact it's quite far from the city center. Close to the tram stop though (5 minutes on foot). Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. A full sense of comfort and convenience inside the hotel. Good WiFi quality.

Very good locations of the hotel. Very nice staff on reception. Price very high for kind of this hotel. In the room was a lot of small defects on wall and ceiling. Very old corridors.

Great holiday in a location close to the beach. The room was very spacious and even had direct access to the shared terrace. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent also. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

The hotel was very considerate and wrote my name on the bathroom mirror, along with a blessing. We booked a family room, which was quite large. The toilet and bathroom were separated into two rooms, on one side of the corridor. There was a bathtub and a shower room. The elevator was very small, but I'm used to it in France. If you go to the beach, you can borrow towels and parasols from the hotel. It's about a 3-minute walk to the main road, and you'll reach the beach after crossing the road. It's not as lively as the old town, and there aren't many restaurant options.

Very good stay except for a slight problem with the VMC which was leaking in the bathroom. I will return to this establishment 🙂

The elevator can only enter 2 people (including luggage). It is a very old hotel. The hotel room is not very clean. I saw yellow stains on the sheets and unknown hairs. It can be seen that all the facilities are very old. For example, the door of the toilet is shaky. Every bathtub door is shaky, and there are a lot of mosquitoes. As soon as you open the bathtub door, a mosquito flies out. I think this is worse than Samsung. At least it must be clean, and they don't ask you. He went into your room to help you lay out the sheets, but actually nothing was changed. He just made the sheets for you. There was no sign saying "do not disturb". I don't recommend staying here. In Nice, it would be better to find a clean airbnb, as many hotels are very old.

Very happy with our short stay at this hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect. Spacious room (on arrival we were upgraded without asking), very clean. Very good breakfast (some salty, some sweet) And very friendly staff We will return with great pleasure

Hotel super well located, for those coming by metro from the airport, it is 2 minutes from a stop on foot, it is also 2 minutes on foot from the waterfront. Very comfortable bed and pillows 🥰 Excellent breakfast 👌🏻 the breakfast coffee machines are available all day for us to serve 😊 Cleaning could be better, that's the only downside. If I return to Nice it will be a choice to consider again 😊
