Perfect experience! The sea view is super beautiful. I also tried swimming and sauna in the hotel. It was really a bit too happy. The hotel is in a very good location, opposite the sea.

I have a lot of praise for this hotel, especially its service. I had a spare phone, a relatively new one, which fell on the bed. I had already checked out and left my luggage at the hotel. When I came back from a day out, they immediately recognized me and gave me my phone. It is a very reliable hotel.

The sea view is first-rate, nothing to say. Except for the occasional maintenance noise during the day, it was OK most of the time, and the front desk was very friendly. Overall, it is traditional, but I am very satisfied with it.

Everything is perfect, the location is excellent, each balcony faces the sea, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, but the wifi seems unstable and often interrupted.

The hotel is located next to the English Promenade, and you can go out and walk around. The room is large, well-equipped, and the service staff is friendly. There is a casino next to it, so you can play a little.

The sea view room faces the Promenade des Anglais, and there are loud alarms and sirens at night. I asked to change rooms the next day, and they moved me to a moldy room that had been in disrepair for a long time. The carpet, curtains, and furniture all exuded a musty smell, which made me cough and have hives. There was a row of bellows on the roof, which made low-frequency noise. I asked to change rooms again, but the front desk clerk tricked me into showing a corner room with no balcony, windows that couldn't be opened, and no street view. I asked to see other room types, but he said they were fully booked. I knew he was lying because I had checked on the platform and all room types were available. I strongly requested him to verify again, and he told me that they were available. Haha, I finally moved to a fairly renovated room. The elevator was also in disrepair and sometimes didn't open the door. This Hyatt is the most perfunctorily decorated, oldest, and dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. It's very disappointing. If you are assigned to the east row with mountain view, beware of mold. Overall, I will never stay there again. However, the female receptionist and David from Lebanon had a very good service attitude and deserve praise. Europe needs domestic five-star level, still have to look for 5000+

Excellent hotel that I want to return to! Breakfast can be made cheaper, this is one wish and the second, in the lobby I would still like to have a bar counter. But the hotel is excellent, in August I will be on a summer vacation. See you)
