Nice clean small hotel

Great service, Van Phong was very helpful and efficient. Great location in the center of town. Easy access to the beach and to shopping. Lots of fun things to do. Very cool very fun. The motorbikes are very snazzy and fun to ride around town. Very cool

Was a good stay. Had everything we needed. good location. The air-conditioning was cool, the bed was comfortable, the bath had everything you needed. Also had a hair dryer, warm water and free water bottles. We went to the beach by foot, it was very reachable.

Very nice and clean. Good location, shops, restaurants and beach in Walking distance. We could Check in in the middle of the night and leave our luggage there after Check Out. Great price for the room. Would recommend it for a stay in Nha Trang.

I had a great stay at this hostel! The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me with booking train tickets, making the whole process much easier. The atmosphere was friendly, and the place was clean and comfortable. It's a great spot for travelers looking for a welcoming and well-organized stay. I would definitely come back!

Very good and clean rooms with a good bathroom and nice service people. When they noted I didn’t feel good and was dizzy they immediately helped me out and let me rest a little longer in my room although I had to check out. This was great as a solo traveler.

My room with a balcony was quite spacious. The location is really good, everything is walking distance whatever you need. There are every kind of restaurants, cafes, shops, a market and the beach also 10 - 15 minutes walk. The staff was nice and friendly, they solved any problem I had immediately.

Bright room, comfortable and clean. Good working table. Kind staff. Beds are kind of soft but fine. Good location with restaurants nearby. They also rent motorcycles at an affordable price. I spent 2 nights here and would stay longer if I had the chance.

Solo-traveller from USA. I stayed at GIS Hotel for 4 nights and am very glad I did. Amazing value, clean, comfy beds, good a/c and WiFi. I don’t need anything bougie/fancy, just safe, clean and comfy—it was perrfect for me. It’s a great location away from heavy-tourism, close to many food options and only 1/2 mile from beach. I rented a nice, new motorbike and had a BLAST driving it. Nha Trang traffic is much more doable for foreigners vs HCMC. Staff is great—owner, Tài, speaks English very well. The younger guy who worked night-shift was a sweetheart. Altogether a great experience. Night in big room with balcony + 24 hr scooter(2025 Honda Airblade) was around $15 usd equivalent at the time. Incredible value. Thanks guys!

Phuong, the girl at the reception, was very nice, friendly and polite! She helped us getting our luggage upstairs which was nice. Her colleague was quite the opposite to be honest.. He was rude and wanted us to get out of the room before checkout time.

The whole room REEKS of MOLD. I had to sleep in a mask to minimize the harm, but it didn't help. I had to cut my stay short, but my head still hurts after sleeping in a moldy room. The walls are dirty The sheets are crusty The sofa looks like it was brought from a dumpster
