I’ve got really big room, it had private balcony, two really big beds. They cleaned my room every day, also changed my towels every single day. Also I’ve got a bathtub which unfortunately I couldn’t use, case the pipe was broken. The hotel is quite clean, but there were many cockroaches in the bathroom.

Such an awesome staff. My soon to be x left her phone in a grab. After talking to a staff member he was able to find a number for grab in Vietnam and helped us locate the driver and her phone. She was so happy to get her phone back, it came when we were asleep. He charged for us and brought it to us at breakfast. Love the staff here more than my girlfriend.lol

Pretty much lives up to its four star rating. Has rooftop pool, two treadmills and some free weight, serves breakfast and offers services like laundry. Fifteen years ago this was sure to have been a plush hotel. These days the ageing furnishings are showing signs of wear, but are functioal and still OK. Bed super comfortable (not too firm or soft), aircon cools room like a freezer. Has bathtub. Relatively inexpensive accommodation win a nice location.

My stay was great. Overall experience was nice. There's a few things that I like and didn't like. 👍What I like were: Location was great, easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, and mall Great variety of breakfast Friendly and helpful staff Nice sea view room 👎What I didn't like: Walls are very thin, not recommended for light sleepers The pictures of the room show a bathtub, but there isn't one in the room. There are some miscommunication about the deposit and the price of the tour, I wish the staff could explain it better before we paid the price.

The room was spacious, but there was a smell of cigarettes, even though it was a non-smoking room. The breakfast wasn't very varied, but I’d like to note that there were plenty of vegetables and Asian food. The location is very convenient, with a beach, shopping mall, cafes, and massage nearby.

It's a very nice hotel. I loved the location and the staff's attitude. The pool is rather small, but it's on the roof, you have to add points for that) The walls are pretty thin, you can hear people in the hall. But overall it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

I always enjoy staying here. Best small hotel pool and upper deck at Nha Trang. Always a nice varied breakfast. Good staff and good service. Very handy 5 minute walk to the beach. Surrounded by good restaurant options.

Good location, clean, room and bathroom are spacious. Balcony is very small, it is better to take a room with a sea view, it is quieter there. Cons... the rooms are dirty, stains on the furniture, walls, curtains. The furniture is old. The doors are old, they close with difficulty. Breakfasts are sad. Deposit 500k upon check-in. Beach towels are paid 10k each, for one time. A miserable corner for smokers on the porch with 4 iron chairs and a dirty table. Pros... a good bed, normal bed linen, 4 pillows. Excellent location of the hotel on the second line, quiet at night, no noise from the first line. Breakfasts are acceptable, of course more designed for Asians, but we did not go hungry, the Chinese take apart the fruit very quickly, so if you want to have time to eat fruit, it is better to come at 6 am. Cleaning daily, there were no complaints about the cleaning, brushes and a comb were added every day. I was surprised that there was no hand soap, I had to wash my hands with shower gel. A good modern hair dryer. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Once for an excursion we ordered a lunch box for 5 am, they said it would be ready at 5.15, but the administrator at the reception was sleeping soundly on a folding bed, we did not wake him up, we had breakfast in a cafe on the way to the excursion, not critical, but surprised). On the 19th floor there is a swimming pool and a sauna, but it does not work, or maybe it only works in the off-season when it is cool, we did not specify.
