Nice view from hotel and very good location for people who wants to be in the Center of city. Swimming pool usually empty, for us in May water was rather cold.

We even chose to stay one more day there, but food mostly Asian style, don’t have a milk for coffee

The hotel is already a bit overused. The furniture is not that new anymore. The beds are comfortable and the view is nice. Breakfast is always the same. Many elder people and children stay there. It’s located very close to the beach and the main square. Lots of shops and restaurants downstairs.

I am very disappointed with this hotel reasons being when we arrived no one was there to help with luggage to check in desk or to room as well .when looking on trip . Com I’m sure it showed a shower not a bath which is what I got which was no good for my knee s. They said they had no more rooms . Also on arrival the door wouldn’t lock so that needed major surgery also when I went to see the balcony I got caught up in the curtains which were torn to shreds top to bottom . In my view the staff were very unhelpful . They definitely didn’t cater for western travelers bar eggs so over all I was disappointed and I’m wondering who how do these hotels get their rating .i think it’s time I looked at another holiday company because lately my trips don’t stand up to there rating

Nice room to stay, 5 minute walks to the beach and to the night market Totally enjoyable stay

Nice comfortable hotel very close tp the beach. The breakfast was great as lots of vegetarian choices which was gratefully received by me.

Everything was good, but air conditioner was not perfect 🥲 it's not cool at midday, and staff are not good at english so travellers have to use translate app

Staff are all very nice and friendly. Hotel provides motorbike rental. It is located in a very convenient Nha Trang city centre, and very near the beach.

The hotel is in a strategic location. I can't say that the cleaning is good but the staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is perfectly located, in the very center, it can't be in the center. But this also has consequences in the form of city noise. On the 15th floor there is a staff room, so living on this floor means hearing conversations and the noise of carts every morning. One of the photos shows what the corridor of the floor looks like, it is completely filled with their carts and tools, plus sometimes they sit there on the floor, eat and sing songs. I constantly had to ask them to be quieter. They ignored me, but one day they heard me and became quieter, and began to close the door to their utility room. Breakfast is the same every day, but in principle there is something to choose from. I always took an omelet and vegetables. I recommend the hotel if the city noise does not bother you and if it is not the 15th floor.

The room is clean, the water is hot, they give you towels for the beach, the breakfast is poor, the refrigerator doesn't cool very well
