We were happy with our stay here. Happy with the rooms. Overall clean, spacious enough to open our luggages on the floor. Mattress and pillow were comfy. They have lots of free tea bag selection in the room and some sample that they sell at the lobby. The receptionists could speak little English. They were very welcoming. They serve welcome drinks and offered us to taste their selection of tea and coffee that they sell. Hotel lobby is beautiful with comfortable seats. Walking distance to Nha Trang Night Market and Agarwood Tower. And to muslim friendly eatery such as Sahin Turkish Kebab, Ganesh Indian Restaurant for vege food and Halal Pectopah. If I had to complain, maybe the slippers in the room were dirty, they were not a new one. And theres no proper area for vehicle to stop for pick up and drop off.

Excellent hotel, responsive staff and most importantly it is not as big as many others, where you have to wait 10 minutes for the elevator. The hotel is located right at the intersection of the second line, which is 3-5 minutes walk from the sea. We will definitely come back here again.

The room was smaller than other Nha Trang hotels, but it was still spacious enough that it was perfectly fine. The room was well-cleaned and clean. The room was a little dark. The windows were thin, so there was some outside noise, but it wasn't so bad that I couldn't sleep. There were no problems with the drainage. I'm glad I was able to ask the receptionist to solve the problem. Thank you.

Avoid this hotel. The wrong key was given when checking in, and the right room also smelled bad. The attitude was not very good, the breakfast was average, and it was all group classes. The soles of the disposable slippers in the room were black, and they were obviously used.

Newly renovated hotel, facilities and sanitary environment are all OK. The breakfast service I learned on Ctrip is free for children under 17 years old, but the hotel front desk said it is free for children under 6 years old. We bought 4 rooms and 3 children aged 7-11. In the end, we exempted the 2 7-year-olds, but the process was a bit troublesome.

The location is very good, belonging to the second echelon of the seaside. The lady with braces at the front desk is very nice. The initial room was not clean, so I changed it directly. The breakfast is average, not many varieties, but it is filling, and it is more cost-effective when booking. The retail price is 220k, which feels expensive. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop, where you can see the sea. The surrounding bars are quite noisy at night.

The hotel is in a great location, 3-5 minutes walk from the beach, close to a busy area, the rooms are large and clean, just like the promotional photos, the service staff are very qualified and the service is very good. The hotel has a strong Christmas atmosphere.
